Videos can create tremendous impact for attracting potential buyers. In addition to creating a beautiful way to showcase properties, realtors who utilize video can showcase every detail of a property. Real estate video is becoming an indispensable tool to augment the online presence of properties. Your marketing plan should include well-crafted video.

The use of images for commercial or residential real estate is not new to the real estate market. These images have been used to display beautiful residential and non-residential apartments or buildings. However, over the years, the real estate market has developed an avid interest in real estate cinematography. Cinematography is the use of videos to display the imagery and scenery of lands and buildings to prospective buyers in an artistic format. Prospective property buyers prefer viewing a video rather than still images and a private tour of the property as it can be done from the comfort of their homes. This offers them a great and engaging experience of the property without the chance of contracting the Covid-19 Virus.

1.) How would you like to represent yourself? Tell us about who you are, any past accomplishments, and what you or your business/brand does and offers.

Thanks for the time you’ve taken to interview me, my name is Amara Karim, I’m a

Cinematographer/content creator. I cater to elites and celebrities within the business world. I have

come from a background specializing in music videos and fashion films and have worked with brands like MTV, complex magazine, Noisey, etc.

I am now focusing on luxury real estate and the creation of cinematic videos that help them sell as fast as possible. 82% of all traffic this year will come from video. It’s important that you’re able to stand out and sit amongst elites in your niche/sector if you want to succeed and I aim to help make that possible for everyone I work with.

2.) Who was one person that helped you to get to where you are today?

I have been blessed to meet a variation of people that have helped me understand certain sectors and markets I may otherwise not have known. But in regards to luxury real estate the @Millionpoundhomes Founder was the one who made me realize the untapped market within the real estate world and has since mentored me in regards to every aspect of it and how my skills would be immeasurably helpful within the world of it.

3.) How do you build your client’s trust?

The work, the credentials and the results speak for themselves always. But I have a simple onboarding process that I guide all my clients through which ensures that we can focus on and bring out the top selling points of any property we work on. The vision has to be synced and we can always succeed.

4.) If you weren’t doing real estate cinematography, what would you be doing right now?

If it can be filmed. I’m filming it. I have been very successful in the entertainment world offering my skills to 100s of individuals and now and again if the project entices me I will work within that realm. Saying that I have decided I want to focus my energy on luxury real estate going forward as I feel most fulfilled when my work is able to bring an impactful or life changing result to someone’s life. Helping someone buy their dream home is huge!

5.) What separates you from other competitors?

The texture of my films. I don’t know how else to say it. I have a secret and unique method that gives my work a certain look that is next to none. My clients have described it best as a WOW factor…..so i guess that haha

We were able to wow buyers enough to close on a 5Million pound home in 5 days. So I guess we did everything right.

6.) What is your ultimate goal or vision?

My vision for the year ahead is to collaborate with as many UHNWI within the luxury real estate space and transform the way real estate selling is done through my skill set.

7.) Anything else your audience should know?

I’m collaborating with @millionpoundhomes on a youtube series at the moment that will showcase luxury real estate in a way it has not been seen before. I don’t want to say too much about it for now but subscribe to youtube to be updated with it.
