Serotonin is an amazing neurotransmitter in your brain that protects against toxins, bacteria, and inflammation. Many of the foods listed above are known to boost your serotonin levels in the brain.
Sleep is a very important factor in keeping a healthy brain. Maintaining healthy sleep patterns and getting at least 7 hours of sleep per night is the best method for keeping a healthy brain.
