Entrepreneurship

Founder & CEO of Elithrone Enterprise, Matej Manjkas and what’s next for his company.

There’s a way entrepreneurs can stay relevant in an ever-evolving community: innovation. Without developments in their business, they’ll remain stagnant in the industry, and the competition will soon beat them to the finish line

As a man of innovation, the 23-year-old Matej Manjkas knows he can offer better services to the public. As a result, he’s working on something new in a different industry, which he claims could benefit billions of people if successful.

Transitioning Industries

Matej Manjkas is well-known for establishing Elithrone Enterprise, an online business focused on online platform growth, branding, marketing, and PR. He has been growing it into one of the fastest-growing growth and branding companies in the industry.

One of the most significant roles of his company is helping brands grow their companies ranging from start-ups to nine-figure companies.

Recently, he took a step out of his comfort zone and is slowly transitioning his expertise as an entrepreneur into another business.

He just moved his company to Dubai with his girlfriend. During the last few months, he transitioned the company into a tech startup and began working on a platform. If successful, he believes it can change the world of business and the entire world’s workforce.

“As a company that just transitioned from being only focused on growth and branding into a tech company that’s building a platform for 3.3 billion people, what we have been doing before will seem like a very humble beginning. There are good chances that once the project is complete, Elithrone Enterprise will put many companies you know of today out of business. Not because we necessarily want to, but because our creation will be miles ahead of what anyone has access to today,” he said.

Matej has yet to disclose additional information but is now open to hiring talented engineers, marketers, HR professionals, and more.

Three Steps To Building A Business

Since Matej has experience building a business from the ground up, he considers three crucial elements to making it efficient.

First, entrepreneurs who don’t see themselves working alone in the future need to build a capable and credible team. Next, he has to consider his company’s position and how consumers will perceive it in the long run. Lastly, he has to implement appropriate marketing systems to bring consistent traffic that he can convert to customers.

It’s still long before Matej can consider his new venture a success. But with the right entrepreneurial mindset and strategies, his next undertaking in life might just mark another milestone for him… and the world.
