Monster Proven Guilty of False Charges Against Former President Prince Fred Khalifa

Monster, an enterprise that is widely producing gaming desideratum was greatly impacted and faced a downfall when Apple took over the Beats line of headphones. The company was eventually put into the hands of Fred Khalilian, the second-largest shareholder worldwide who took charge of the company and eventually worked to ensure Monster’s survival in the market and in order to maintain its market share. He took the responsibility to ensure that the business rectified its mistakes and the business added the corrective measures to achieve and attain the similar old standard of competent reviews. Fred, Who served as CEO of Monster until July 27, 2018, was eventually accused by the workers of Monster of committing misconduct and giving threats to the people who worked at Monster. These accusations, which were against Fred yet false resulted in a great disadvantage for Fred. The inconvenience and negative aspects resulted in a major financial and mental loss which affected Fred. There were a number of investigations concerning and relating the false accusations held by the Superior Court of San Mateo County which lasted for about a time period of 2 years. Over these 2 years, Frank’s social life was greatly affected by the false accusations of Monster. Prince Fred faced backlash and criticism in every field of work he did. Fred also suffered losses in nearly every field in which he ventured as an entrepreneur. Furthermore, authoritative and vehement arguments were attended to and heard in the court where both parties exchanged reasonable arguments. There were several other arguments presented that were on the part of Fred and favored him. These vehement arguments cleared out how Fred was inculpable and not at any faults to bear. About the near end of 2021, ultimately the court made its final verdict and reached its final decision. The decision reached by the court addressed dismissing the case based on a number of reasons that included the lack of evidence that was produced in order to support the false allegations made by Monster against Khalilian. Fred anyway felt the relief that was profound as he believed in the justice system. He presumed and had faith in how the truth will always set you free. Though Fred stood honorable, the great loss faced by him could not be accounted for. However, the former president & CO of Monster is now officially back. He now adequately looks forward to regaining the popularity he had once built for his brand.
