Salesforce Expert Matt Meyers Is Helping Developers Build a Solid Career in the Ecosystem

The advent of technology has revolutionized customer relationship management through various applications and software. As more and more businesses are resorting to technology-based customer services and marketing automation, the young workforce is subjected to tremendous pressure to learn new technology and implement it to drive visible results. While some may learn to navigate the space quite fast, for others, it can take years and even decades to build a solid career in a cloud-based customer relationship management system like Salesforce. This is where Salesforce expert and Certified Technical Architect Matt Meyers is making a difference. He is leveraging his 15 years of experience and knowledge to mentor developers and to-be architects in this ecosystem.

Matt discovered his passion for technology and business quite early in life. Coming from a middle-class family, Matt knew he had to work hard to become financially free. He self-financed his education and even food while growing up. Seeing many of his family members making decent money from their businesses was a ray of hope for Matt. He eventually chose to be a part of the Salesforce ecosystem that not only nourished his interest in technology and business but allowed him to reach his full potential.

Joining the Salesforce ecosystem as a developer proved to be a turning point in his career. He started soaking up knowledge from every corner, qualifying in every possible certification that was present at the time. Most notably, Matt is among the only 400 Salesforce professionals to have become Certified Technical Architects out of millions who have been or are part of this ecosystem. Matt eventually climbed the ladder of success to become a customer-facing architect in Salesforce services. He helped some of Salesforce’s top customers implement cloud-based technology.

Matt loved everything about the job as long as it challenged his limitations. He later felt cramped in a space with no more scope to learn and grow. So, Matt moved on to a major Salesforce consulting firm while also working independently to start his own business venture. He eventually co-founded Adaptus, a consulting services provider firm. Matt currently heads Adaptus as the CEO, expanding the business with more innovative products. One such technology-based product by Adaptus is EzProtect, a SaaS provider focused on cloud-based security solutions for the Salesforce platform and other business management tools.

Within a few months of venturing into entrepreneurship, Matt witnessed a positive transformation in his financial position. From earning 5 figures a year as an employee offering consultation services, Matt is now generating millions in revenue from his independent business venture. Now he wants to turn around and lend a helping hand to other Salesforce developers to help them follow in his footsteps.

Matt has recently launched his Instagram channel to connect with Salesforce developers and to-be architects. He aims to help them know about the scopes of learning and growth in the ecosystem. Matt believes that if he can become financially independent, then any hard-working person in the Salesforce ecosystem can achieve the same. Matt is also looking forward to scaling his business further, introducing more innovative products that will directly or indirectly boost the growth of the Salesforce ecosystem.
