One such individual who carved a glorious path for himself towards success is Maziar Rajabi who is today a guiding light for many out there who are starting their journeys in varied businesses as young entrepreneurs.

We are talking about a 33 year old Kurdish Entrepreneur belonging to a humble family background who first started as a marketing sales manager later jumped into the IT field & then got the opportunity to become Senior Partner for International Business Advisory for foreign companies in Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Maziar had successfully graduated from the University Of Applied Science and earned an Entrepreneurship Certificate from MIT Professional Institution. At a very young age, Rajabi was clear that he would become a successful entrepreneur & that’s what he achieved with long hours of working for many years & being set on determinedly towards his goal.

Today we caught hold of him to share some of his best success tips & some bits of advice for the budding entrepreneurs who wish to achieve the same success as him.

Choose a business of your passion:

According to Maziar, anything that interests & excites you & anything you feel passionate about should be your business. Fields that you have no knowledge about should be avoided.

Initial funding is necessary:

Even if it’s a small business, it requires a start-up funding. Hence, make sure you have enough of it to support you initially in the business & to take care of other marketing expenses.

Know your competitors:

To keep up with the marketing trends in the business & to be at the top of your game, you must know who your competitors are. Research about them properly & plan your moves accordingly to keep ahead of them in the business.

Go for a business idea with a substantial market opportunity:

Choosing any product or service will not make you successful. Investors must see a market opportunity that is large enough where the company can grow more & also benefit the investors in the long run.

Keep networking:

Attending startup & other industry events will make you meet new people whom you may require in your business like a new customer, a great investor, or an exceptional employee.

Employ the right people:

Hiring people who fit the best for the company is extremely important. They might have to play multiple roles at the beginning of a startup. Hence, they must have the right attitude & the flexibility to work for long hours.

Market your way to the top:

Having a great combination of marketing skills & strategies is vital for a successful business. Make full use of social media networks, PR, SEO strategies, content creation & writing & also build an efficient website that talks about you & your company effortlessly.

To offer more motivation & encouragement to young entrepreneurs, Maziar advises them to invest their time in self-education, diet & fitness & also talks about essential skills that they must develop. This includes educating yourself every day, learning from the success of others & most importantly, to never give up on your dreams.
