In this exclusive interview, we asked Vange what was an accomplishment in her journey to  date that she was proud of.  Vange shares that she was glad to have been selected by chapters Canada to have her book showcased on the shelves. The only thing that could have made that dream feel more amazing would have been my grandmother witnessing it, as she was my biggest cheerleader. 

What Made You Want To Empower Woman? 

I am constantly going within myself to define my meaning of what an empowered woman is. Everyone dreams of being empowered in their own way, but it’s much harder than it sounds. When you say you’re empowered, it means you’re confident in your self-worth, and you don’t let yourself be defined by your mistakes or past. 

Being empowered means you’re strong and capable enough to go after your own goals and achieve them in your own way. It’s being the voice that people need, especially when they can’t find their words.

 An empowered woman is led by her dreams and not her fears. A woman strong enough in herself to walk towards her path and be her cheerleader. An empowered woman gives focus to her dreams rather than fear and failures.

Growing up, when I tried to have discussions with others about my relationship, there was often an underlying judgment. There was constantly a lack of understanding about the masculine and feminine polarity. The only advice I got was leave him. 20 years ago, there was no room for error on a man’s part. He had to be perfect, or he wasn’t worthy, so I created Queen’s Mansion Academy, filling in the blanks to what was never learned. To break old structures that divided men and women for centuries, 

Vange sends a special message to all women looking to feel empowered. 

There are so many things I want to tell you, it’s hard to know where to start. I know life has knocked you down and asked you to get back up. I know you’re tired, but you are strong enough to get through anything.  

This is for the woman who’s trying to become her best self, but struggled to find herself again. I just want you to know. No matter your age or circumstances, the world is your playground. Soar darling. 

The woman who knows who she always wanted to be, but lost sight of her dream. I don’t want you to give up yet. Keep going, girl, you got this. 

This is for the Mother wanting to break centuries of cycles, but you don’t know where to start. 

The entrepreneur women climbing ladders she never thought she could reach .but her love life is challenging. You have existed in a world that’s made loving yourself a challenge, you have done so well, and  I promise you it gets better. 

Darling, shattered pieces isn’t your home. I know it’s hard to see this truth sometimes, but I promise you it’s the truth. From this moment forward I want you to really enjoy life because life passes quickly and if you don’t, you’ll wake up one day regretting all the things you could have done. 

You will experience things that make you feel like you haven’t accomplished much, but I assure you the setback serves a purpose for your highest good.

I can only imagine how far you’ve come, the mountains you’ve moved and the tough

decisions you’ve had to make. Regardless the outcomes, I know you did your best.
