The 21st century is a rapid-paced century where patience is a rare virtue. Generation Z youngsters are more fuelled than full of learning. The power to do anything and everything is what excites them and it is this excitement that often makes us go haywire. Based in Pithora Chhattisgarh, Entrepreneur Shubh Agrawal speaks of 5 tips he would like to give away to millennials in order to achieve success, stay focused, and maintain their professional strength throughout. While there are plenty of courses to help them get through all such challenges, he is one expert among all whose experience alone is a great lesson for today’s youngsters.

1. INCLINING TOWARDS ONE’S INSTINCTS

Entrepreneur Shubh Agrawal’s first and foremost advice is that millennials should incline towards their instincts. He claims that success comes with strength and it is highly important for an individual to trust his/her instincts in severe circumstances. A lot many times there are situations where an individual has to follow their gut feeling and act accordingly. Millennials should focus more on building their inner strength rather than relying on external sources for guidance. Being coached by someone and being controlled by someone are two different things, and in order to attain success one has to understand the difference between these two.

2. HARD WORK IS THE ONLY REMEDY

Smart work is the new mantra to success. Millennials believe in taking the smart path instead of the hard path. Hard work, he says, is the only remedy to achieve success in one’s life. There is no way to build up a fortune if one has not given in all his/ her efforts. The solution to every problem is hard work and perhaps no millennial should ignore the power that hard work brings along. Successful people have only achieved so much after working hard and putting in all their efforts.

3. PERSPIRE, PRACTICE, AND PERSEVERE

Millennials have been blessed with the boon of technology. They have everything at their dispense and it is this advantage that they can make the most of. Yet such perks have also made them lazy and lethargic in pursuing their goals and ambitions. Hard work is the only remedy, but there are other mantras to success that lead an individual towards professional strength. Although hard work is a lifelong virtue that must remain with a successful individual, one should always stick by the 3 Ps- perspire, practice, and persevere. To follow the 3 Ps is to give in one’s 100% and to stay true to oneself is crucial as well. As nothing comes easily in life, Shubh Agrawal mentions the significance of practicing one’s skills throughout in order to maintain one’s talent and hone it over time.

4. DRIVING AWAY DISTRACTIONS

Millennials have been raised in an environment that is full of distractions. From smartphones to tablets, internet to social media, driving away from distractions is almost impossible for any generation Z youngster. However, experts claim that in order to achieve success and focus on one’s goals driving away from distractions is extremely important for an individual. Similarly, for millennials who choose focus over fun, putting away all distractive source is the ultimate step to pour in all their efforts and move ahead with determination and willpower.<

5. STAYING STRONG THROUGH

Lastly, Shubh Agrawal suggests that for any millennial who wishes to make his/ her dreams come true, staying strong through all thick and thin is the road to success. This involves staying optimistic and never giving up on their goals even if all the doors are closed. Strength keeps an individual going and this is what makes one empowered. For millennials who tend to give up very easily, staying strong is an elixir for their journey towards success.

Sharing his tips for millennials who wish to walk on the road towards success, Shubh Agrawal is surely a mentor with an enlightening experience to share with youngsters. A learned professional, he believes that passing on the baton isn’t enough for experts like him to do. They are responsible for more, they are responsible for delivering rays of hope to their successors and future leaders who will follow in their footsteps and lead the world in the long run!
