A lot many times there are situations where an individual has to follow their gut feeling and act accordingly. Millennials should focus more on building their inner strength rather than relying on external sources for guidance. Being coached by someone and being controlled by someone are two different things, and in order to attain success one has to understand the difference between these two.

2. HARD WORK IS THE ONLY REMEDY

Smart work is the new mantra to success. Millennials believe in taking the smart path instead of the hard path. Hard work, he says, is the only remedy to achieve success in one’s life. There is no way to build up a fortune if one has not given in all his/ her efforts. The solution to every problem is hard work and perhaps no millennial should ignore the power that hard work brings along. Successful people have only achieved so much after working hard and putting in all their efforts.

3. PERSPIRE, PRACTICE, AND PERSEVERE

Millennials have been blessed with the boon of technology. They have everything at their dispense and it is this advantage that they can make the most of. Yet such perks have also made them lazy and lethargic in pursuing their goals and ambitions. Hard work is the only remedy, but there are other mantras to success that lead an individual towards professional strength. Although hard work is a lifelong virtue that must remain with a successful individual, one should always stick by the 3 Ps- perspire, practice, and persevere. To follow the 3 Ps is to give in one’s 100% and to stay true to oneself is crucial as well. As nothing comes easily in life, Shubh Agrawal mentions the significance of practicing one’s skills throughout in order to maintain one’s talent and hone it over time.

4. DRIVING AWAY DISTRACTIONS

However, experts claim that in order to achieve success and focus on one’s goals driving away from distractions is extremely important for an individual.
