Ramon Casaus was born in Northern Carolina. His father ran a construction company while his mother was a teacher. When he was 8 years old, they moved to New Mexico, his mother’s home. Ramon went to school and later joined the University of Mexico, where he graduated with a Finance degree in 2015.

While in college, Ramon worked at Camden Property Trust (a corporate Real Estate company). This company is one of the largest publicly traded multifamily companies in the nation, trading about $14billion in assets. To Ramon, this was a blessing. On weekends, he could spend time in the gym, spend some time on his PC, or perhaps enjoy a cup of coffee or watch Netflix, but his mind was always thinking about a bigger picture. He felt like he was losing his ability to be creative.
One day Ramon changed his mind. He decided that he was not going to do the ‘job’ thing again. He had figured out a plan to go to Albuquerque and engage in what fascinated him the most- Real Estate. He needed some money to get into Real Estate as well as obtain a Real Estate license. Ramon went to work at the Western Explosive System (WESCO), a company that provides rock drilling and blasting solutions to the mining industry and business in the construction industry. He made good money to start Real Estate, used that money and founded his own independent Brokerage in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
