Roland Ngole, is a German trilingual International Speaker, Author and Founder of Achieve the Vision Academy. Roland says “There is no comfort zone in the pursuit of vision. When you reach the finish line of your current vision. You will capture a greater vision than what your mind has previously conceived” In a recent statement, Roland explained that “one of the reasons why, people fail to achieve success in life is because of  the lack of a clear Vision”. Vision he says “gives focus, it activates drive and provides a clear sense of direction of what to aim at and what to invest your time into.”

Roland Ngole is a successful businessman, a role model and mentor to many in Germany and abroad, who are aspiring to make a positive impact in the world. He rose from humble beginnings with determination, tenacity and vision to position himself where he is today.

Disrupt magazine recently caught up with Roland Ngole to discuss his journey to success and here is what went down:

Hi Roland, welcome to Disrupt Magazine! How have you been?

I am doing great and have been busy working on new business projects

Disrupt Magazine:  Please, could you give our readers a brief background  about yourself and business?

I am Roland Ngole, a German trilingual (English, German, French) International Speaker, Author and entrepreneur. My mission is to help people achieve and live up to their highest vision. Achieve the Vision academy that, I founded creates and designs tailor-made programs and trainings for corporate clients to increase employee productivity, efficiency and help maximize the achievement of their corporate objectives. I am a holder of an undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business from the University of applied sciences Fulda Germany. I went on to work for 7 different international multinational companies, before founding the Achieve the Vision academy. I discovered a long time ago, that I wanted to make an impact in the world, with my story and know-how on stages around the world. Thus, I defined a vision for my life and that vision lead me to where I am today. I have spoken at diverse organizations, companies, universities in Germany and also at conferences in Germany and abroad. Moreover, I had the privilege to grace the stage with some of the world´s renowned speakers like Eric Thomas.

Disrupt Magazine:  What two factors contributed to your success?

Having a clear vision for my life and my faith in GOD are what contributed to my success. I believe that, a person with a vision and the will to pursue and relentlessly work on that vision will one day succeed in bringing the vision to reality. More so, faith is important because, you have to keep believing in the fulfillment of your vision regardless of the setbacks, failures and roadblocks, that you may encounter along the way. The understanding of the concept of vision and my faith have actually helped me get to where I am today. My vision is the compass I use to navigate into the future.

Disrupt Magazine: How long have you been speaking?

I have been speaking since, my teen age. I often encouraged my mates at school and  was often the reference point when people in my sphere of contact needed inspiration and encouragement. I started speaking professionally 6 years ago.

Disrupt Magazine: What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far ?

The most exciting moment of my career was the opportunity I had to reach and impact many more people with my story. It was in London where I spoke at conference Infront of 1600 people and the entire audience was moved and I received personal feedbacks from several people in the audience whose life’s were positively impacted by my story.

Disrupt Magazine: What’s your next goal in life?

I wish to reach and impact many more people with my story and message. Thus, I am planning oversea events after covid in Dubai , Texas, South Africa, Malaysia, Vietnam , Cameroon, Bogota, Sydney and business expansion activities into other countries with the aim of making a greater impact and helping more people life up to their highest vision.

Disrupt Magazine: What motivates you to do your best work as an International speaker?

I went into speaking with a great sense of responsibility and a passion to make a positive impact in the lives of people. I have a sense of mission and a calling to help people achieve their highest vision. That calling inspires me to give my best, wherever I get an opportunity to speak to one or thousands of people.

Disrupt Magazine: Any suggestion for people aspiring to become speakers?

Start by assessing your motive for coming into the speaking industry. Your motive will determine whether or not you are coming into the profession out of a sense of mission and calling or if money and glamour are your motivation. I believe that, the desire to become a speaker should be motivated by a sense of mission and calling to impact people´s life’s for the better. All other, rewards and advantages are secondary. Without the right motive and a deep passion to change people´s life’s you might not last long in this industry. The second point is to seek for mentors, successful speakers from whom you can learn, so as to avoid mistakes and shorten your learning curve. Thirdly, sow your speaking gift anywhere, an opportunity shows up even if it is for free. Many up-coming speakers want to start flying without having walked before. Your speaking gift will be refined each time you put it to use.
