Meet The Fearless & Visionary Entrepreneur Anne Therese Gennari Inspiring Positive Change In Multiple Industries

Do you want to be a role model and an advocate for something extraordinary? This article will help you to learn how empowered action can lead to a happier and more mindful life, all while making the world a better place to live. The article features the life of a great entrepreneur who inspires positive change in multiple industries.

Anne Therese

Anne Therese is a community builder and a stubborn believer in positive and collective change. She is a fearless and visionary entrepreneur who inspires change in various sectors. She’s the Founder of The Climate Optimist and Co-Founder of the ethical modeling agency, Role Models Management, an agency on a mission to empower models and disrupt the status quo. With her podcast “Hey Change”, she aims to inspire the listener to embrace positivity and curiosity, as well as promote an ethical and sustainable way of life.

Anne Therese grew up in Sweden where she spent much time out in the wild, experiencing all the magic the earth had to offer. Her appreciation for nature motivated her to seek new ways to live an eco-conscious and sustainable life.

In pursuing her many passions, she realized the best way to describe herself is as a Climate Optimist, and it is through that lens she now approaches each day. Climate optimism is the act of changing the narrative around climate change so that you can act from courage and optimism instead of fear. She believes that by shifting the direction of the conversation towards the gains and wins from a sustainable society, over the gloom-and-doom story of catastrophic losses we’re so used to hearing, we can spark motivation in people and get to the necessary action.

Anne has a business degree in international marketing, a path she chose with the wish to use the skills of branding to communicate positive change in the world. She joined the City College of New York to pursue her Master’s in Branding and Integrated Communications. During this time, Anne decided to put her studies on pause to start Role Models. She had started modeling, hoping to gain a voice, but when she realized that the industry was not much about empowering models, she knew there was room for some positive change.

How Anne Inspires Positive Change

Anne Therese had the desire to build a platform where she can inspire positive change in people’s lives. She believes that empowered models can help shift the pop culture in the direction needed for a better world. Therefore, she co-founded Role Models Management in 2017, a talent agency that puts sustainability, social justice, and ethics at its core. This agency is a platform that gives models a voice to speak about the things they believe in and to show the world that they can be incredible agents of change. They help you to have a positive change in life and make a difference in this world.

An ethical modeling agency has two aspects. The first aspect is to nurture an environment where models feel safe and comfortable to learn and grow. The second one is empowering the models to go out and change the world. Anne educates and empowers models on how to develop safe, prosperous, and healthy careers. She knows how the modeling and entertainment world can be confusing or even dangerous. Therefore, she helps make the industry’s legal side fun, simple, and easily digestible, changing how people see the world.

Why Brands Trust Anne Therese

Role Models Management is the world’s first modeling agency on a mission to empower and bring about change. They advocate and support the safety and health of models and their main mission is to represent models with healthy beliefs and values. Today, the agency carries more than 200 models worldwide that include well-known names and celebrities. Anne helps models get recognized for their voices, passions, abilities, and potentials. She inspires positive change across many industries by creating a platform where models can work with the brands they love and show what it means to be a real Role Model. The agency empowers and educates industry creatives and models on various topics, including social justice, career guidance, health & workers rights, sustainability, and legal matters about the fashion and industry. Their main goal is to create a more fulfilling, equitable, and fair industry to educate the models on becoming agents of positive change.

You can also become an incredible agent of change and get a better future. If you would like to know more about bringing positive change and influence globally, contact Anne on Linkedin.
