Without any further delay, let’s have a conversation with the founder and creative head of Sproute Media:
1)How do you come to the end of becoming an entrepreneur?
Actually I never had this deep thought when I was a child. It was like I love creating new things. The entrepreneurial bug bit me when I was in 11th grade. I was creating a couple of apps for windows phones at that time and I created an app for ‘Kumbh Mela’, 2015. It was the first time I understood that I am made for business.
2)What would you say about your businesses you started but failed to run?
See failures are the part of our lives and if you want to achieve something then you have to take risks & I take my failures as my learnings but because of unavailability of effective technology, lack of experience, lack of revenue or somehow those startups failed. Nevertheless, I didn’t stop indulging and kept going. Today, here I am, running a successful and renowned startup.
3)What would be your suggestions or tips for budding entrepreneurs?
Well, I would say never give up too early, at least give yourself and your idea one year’s time. Besides, never stop learning because you never know where your leanings are going to help you. So, keep feeding your brain with new and good stuff.
4) Mistakes one should avoid when stepping into the journey of Entrepreneurship, according to you?
Foremost, never become an entrepreneur just for the glory and the fame. If you really want to change someone’s life positively and want to add value in others life then only go for it. Apart from this, never take up the road of Entrepreneurship because you think that being a startup founder is cool, no it’s not cool and you can’t overlook the sad truth that most of the entrepreneurs are depressed and lost in their own thoughts. So, it completely depends on what you want from your life, how you perceive the things and what impact you want to create on the world.
5)What is your mission or goal as a company?
As a company, we want to help at least 2000 businesses to get online presence by 2025 by helping them with all their online needs and helping them to grow their sales.
6)What are you doing to grow your business and where do you want to see your business in the upcoming years?
The main sales channel for my business is my network and I am working hard to continuously leverage it to increase our sales. We even use other marketing channels like paid ads, email marketing etc. In the upcoming years, I see Sproute Media as a one stop destination for major companies to help them with all their digital needs while still sticking to our core principles and values.
