Boss Startup Science Provides Entrepreneurs with the Lessons and Tools to Launch Their Ventures with an Upward Trajectory

Many small business owners start their business with the dream of scaling it into a massive enterprise. However, without the correct information and idea implementation, this is almost impossible; and many businesses fail at this point. To help these aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners successfully scale their business to success, serial entrepreneur Gregory Shepard co-founded BOSS Startup Science. This learning center teaches people how to scale a startup within five years successfully.

This innovative program was co-founded by Gregory Shepard, a 20-year veteran and a leading authority in the startup enterprise with an impressive achievement record to show for it. Gregory is acclaimed for 12 liquidity events, two of which were sold as part of a whopping $925 million transaction. He also won 4 Private Equity Awards for transactions between $250 million to $1 billion.

This awe-inspiring individual is a TEDx speaker and keynote speaker for universities, associations and conferences worldwide. He is also a ForbesBooks podcast host with over 100 articles published in 25 national and international publications, the Host of The BOSS Podcast. In addition, he has been featured as a guest on over 25 popular podcasts and numerous network TV and radio shows. 

In an interview, Gregory explained his motivation for providing entrepreneurs with the essential information needed for business growth. He said, “The startup world is doing most things wrong, and this is right out in front with a 90% failure rate. I am motivated by the concept of being able to change income and wealth inequality through entrepreneurship and poor people that are living check-to-check into a different category of wealth.” To this end, he created BOSS Capital Partners, a global syndicate for investing in tech startups worldwide to help entrepreneurs achieve their business goals. 

Gregory’s expert experience in business scale-up has helped entrepreneurs all over the country. To help more people move a step further in achieving their ultimate goal, he wrote Silver Master, a research paper on why startup companies are experiencing a 90% failure rate. The research paper is a must-see for every entrepreneur hoping to change their game and business plan to guarantee success.
