Business coach and Successful Entrepreneur from Surat

Meet Hitesh Patel, a multi-faceted business personality who has carved a niche for himself in the field of education, web and software development.

Surat: Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be a type-A personality to be a successful entrepreneur. Indeed, it is usually best if you do not. Entrepreneurs are more likely to have “Street smarts” than they are to have “Book Smarts.” According to a recent survey, entrepreneurs’ top two personality traits are perception and intuition. This is because success does not always favor the brightest. Those who see and seize opportunities will prosper.

Hitesh Patel is one such business coach and a successful entrepreneur from Surat who has built a name for himself in the field of education by managing schools and developing new campus locations around Gujarat. Patel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Gujarat University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is presently the CEO of Phoenix Binary System Private Limited, major software and web development business situated in Anand, Gujarat.

Patel is the CEO of a web and software development company, and as such, he is responsible for ensuring that the business strategies and plans he develops have both short- and long-term objectives. He leads and motivates his subordinates to increase employee engagement, develop a high-performing management team, oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they meet the company’s objectives and are consistent with the company’s overall strategy and mission, make high-quality investments to grow the business and earn more money, and uphold the company’s legality and business ethics.

Every business requires a boost or a unique touch. It’s challenging for young firms to balance sales, profitability, and growth. All of this can be challenging to accomplish. It’s even more challenging when the country is experiencing financial difficulties. Numerous firms collapse within the first year of operation. There are numerous reasons behind this, but the primary one is that the majority of enterprises do not have a good business plan. While these concepts may sound appealing in theory, they may not function in practise. Thus, the direction is unquestionably essential.

Apart from being the CEO of a web and software development company, Patel also serves as the Director of the Muni International School in Surat and Gir, Gujarat. As administrative director and director of operations, Patel is responsible for devising and implementing strategies to advance the organization’s mission and for crafting a comprehensive strategy for achieving the board of directors’ goals and objectives. He serves as the organization’s public speaker and public relations representative, and reviews report from subordinate executives to gain a grasp of the organization’s financial and non-financial condition.

Patel’s core competencies include educational research and analysis, competitive intelligence, corporate training, strategic planning, project management, budget management, team building and leadership, the ability to combine creative and administrative abilities to achieve exceptional results, designing and coordinating large educational events, and extensive experience in school management and establishing new school campuses.

He (Patel) serves as an academic advisor at Arpan Vidhya Sankul in Varachha, Surat, and Shree Patanjali Vidhyalaya in Kamrej.
