Commitment: #PAY Fintech World Tour
I am committing myself for the next ten years to explore, find and spotlight the best and the brightest companies that are changing the face of financial services. We are taking the #PAY brand on a world tour, hitting every major Fintech hub around the world. We started in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, and our next stop will be the fabulous Caesars Bluewaters Dubai.

I’m writing this on September 9th, 2019 – two days before my 60th birthday. Although I am feeling exhausted following our inaugural event in Las Vegas, I am excited about the future.
I’m a pretty young 60 I think and I probably have another ten good years left in me where I can do something to help leave this space in better shape than I found it. I am focused on the future and want to create something that leaves my legacy behind. I never had children so #PAY is my baby – it’s in it’s infancy and crawling now, but soon will be walking …

#PAY DUBAI will be held in the first half of 2020, we’re in the midst of producing all the content from the Las Vegas event, and will soon issue a call for speakers for Dubai 2020.
Following Dubai will be creating events in Singapore, Switzerland, Canada, New York City, San Francisco, Amsterdam, London, Hong Kong and many more. Of course we’ll include the emerging markets of Africa, Latin America and others. The emerging markets was the impeller that fueled my passion for fintech and brought me into the marketplace.
So my commitment to my team and the banking, fintech and payments industry is curate a unique and intimate experience for senior leaders and startups in the banking, fintech and payments space. Unlike the others we won’t be doing the same show year after year in the same place. I’ve found this gets repetitious for the audience and becomes mundane very quickly. We are focused on something completely different, highlighting the rising stars around the world and establishing partnerships with leading global companies in the space.

We are also creating new and unique ways to highlight companies in the space through our new #PAY Fintech Reviews. We have seen a plethora of YouTubers unboxing and reviewing the latest tech products. Smartphones, laptops, tablets, headphones and more have been deeply reviewed by these individuals but virtually no one is doing Fintech Reviews.
Our first review is the hottest fintech property in the marketplace right now, the Apple Card. I spent the last week experiencing the product, using to purchase goods, paying the bill and filming review segments. This is the first of many such products we’ll be reviewing, if your company has a fintech related product that you would like unboxed, highlighted and reviewed please feel free to contact us. Media will play an important part in the evolvement of the #PAY brand, we intend to create new and unique ways to promote these products.
We’ll continue to provide new innovative ways to promote our participants and partners, through podcasts, vlogs, reviews, white papers and webinars. We are working on building out a web architecture to house all the different media componets we create and curate.
Our event was a success and we intend to compound on that success moving forward, we want your input, insights and feedback to make our events more focused and valuable to those participating in the event. We aren’t trying to be the biggest, we’re focused on being the best. Join us as we continue to explore and discover the next decade of payments.
Thank you to everyone that helped make our first show a success, we look forward to Dubai.
