Creating Your Own Definition Of Success With Esmeralda Rodriguez

I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Esmeralda Rodriguez who is a Marketing Strategist and Online Business Coach, to discuss her upbringing.
Here is what she had to say:
When was the first time you tasted success Esmeralda?
Success is so subjective. I feel successful when I volunteer, when I donate to charity, ect, but if we are talking about mainstream success; I guess I can say I first felt it when I made my first 3K online. I worked really hard all of my life to make a decent salary and when I made my first 3k online one month, I was over the moon. That is when I realized that we don’t necessarily need to trade our time for money. It is all about delivering real value and putting out good vibes to the world.
That is so cool congrats! So, what is your end goal?
I have so many goals and I don’t think there is ever an ending to our journey and learning, but I would love to travel the world again, but this time with the intention of helping aspiring women entrepreneurs by putting together workshops, events, and meetups where we can come together and share skills, knowledge, experiences, and a glass of wine!
What an awesome goal to work towards! So, why do you want to be successful and what’s your ultimate vision of success for yourself?
I want to be successful because I have a deep fear (and hard to admit) of dying average. I’ve done a lot that others might translate as “success”: Traveled the world, have a Master’s degree, making money online; but for me, it’s bigger than what it on paper. I want to create massive impact and build a community of women who are confident, self-reliant, and wake up everyday living the life they were meant to live.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences! Do you have any last pieces of advice for the readers?
Don’t settle for ordinary, give yourself permission to live an extraordinary life! Be authentic and question everything. We live in a changing world, so you can help create better changes. You only get one shot at this quick life so live and do whatever you want because we don’t get another round. How would you live your life if you were guaranteed success?
