Cross-Channel Legal Marketing Is Increasing Case Intake at Top Law Firms

Multiple-channel marketing is a reality that no law firm can ignore in this age of multiple digital marketing channels. With the emergence of numerous marketing channels with significant audience participation, designing and implementing an effective multi-channel marketing strategy becomes a must.

A Lewis study found that at least 3 channels are widely used, with almost one-third of respondents (31%) conducting at least seven multi-channel campaigns for start-up law firms marketing in the last year.

In the modern era where global presence is imperative, Law firms are putting immense efforts to create their footprint in their city and state. To attract steady streams of law firm clients. law firms are focused on building a brand that highlights and elevates unique selling points. 

Consistency is the key to success. When looking for a representative, customers or potential clients look for consistency of quality and winning case numbers. It is essential to highlight that your law firm has what it takes and consistently wins cases time and time again. The creation of credibility for your firm and your process is determined by client reviews and feedbacks, which attracts and retains potential clients.

Before the internet, law firms acquired clients through networking in the community, getting referrals from colleagues, writing for publications, and publishing newsletters. Most lawyers now run local SEO, Facebook ads and Organic SEO campaigns and optimize their Google AdWords campaigns to appear in Google’s search results, increasing their visibility. Today’s consumers are skeptical and prefer to do their research to check the potential of the firm.

Law firm clients tend to find your website through social media posts, blog posts shared by others, word of mouth, business cards, search engines, etc. They prefer to research your law firm in more than one channel to reinforce your position as the authority in your practice area.

Attorney video marketing is a new and more attractive marketing strategy that firms use, where audio-visuals attract attention. Having your law firm’s lawyers introduced in the videos helps your audience base decide whether to employ your law firm. With the internet being the fastest way of reaching, mobile marketing is essential as it is continuous and not demographically challenged. 

Investing in law firm marketing helps you reach your audience and project a positive image to the public. The brand will automatically be looked at positively once you have solid and successful public relations.

Your website is your gateway. It is the platform where you show and market your assets strategically and mention the variety of cases your law firm has handled successfully. 

Social media opens up a whole new world for law firms, where they can initiate live chats and inquiries through their websites and thus gain potential clients very efficiently. 

The need for good lawyers and better law firms will never suffice; with this demand comes the immense competition in the market. The future of legal practice hinges on bringing multi-channel approaches to law firms to compete and stay ahead of the game that will help them beat the competition and remain dominant in the market.
