Cutting across all the hurdles a man makes way to the Hair Industry, Abhinav Tibdewal Founder of Hair Saint

To everyone of us, the beauty and hair business is one of the most opulent and attractive sectors. In recent years, this industry has picked up speed and risen to higher heights.

There were just a few names on the market at first, but as time went on, more individuals were interested in this as a career option.

Around the world, saloons with distinct setups, décor, methods, and services may be found. They are placed on every city block.

Still there is dim and gloomy space in there where males are taking up a career or attaching to this industry. A stigma is attached that it’s only a women oriented industry, men are discouraged to join up.

Abhinav Tibdewal, founder of Hair Saint India, is one such guy who tells us about his journey into the business as an entrepreneur. It’s a luxury beauty salon that caters to both men and women.

Abhinav and his wife Puja Tibdewal run Hair Saint; the salon’s concept was conceived in the United Kingdom and then transferred to India. Starting a saloon was not a simple task. He tells us about the roadblocks he’s encountered. ” Explaining to my family and society that I should start a salon was the first significant obstacle. Unfortunately, our society evaluates you based on your work, and salons and salon owners are still not viewed with the same respect as other companies.”

His wife aided him and stood with him the entire time. For the salon we were contemplating, they had a different concept. We wanted to create a magnificent salon that was still affordable, with the ambiance and customer service that you’d get in a 5 or 7 star hotel.

They had no prior knowledge of the salon industry, its operations, or dynamics, so they did significant research and training before entering it. They were certain that they would establish a new benchmark for the industry as soon as the first salon began to take shape and our training was completed.

Further as we talk they share with us about their saloon and employees.

They ensure that their team or potential employees have the necessary qualities to create a good working environment for our clients. They shouldn’t just know what they’re doing since Hair Saint India offers technical training to the entire staff on a regular basis.

As a result, they look for characteristics such as how good an employee’s conduct is, because it is their positive attitude that will be reflected on the floor as they work. They should have the ability to make clients feel at ease and provide a pleasant environment when talking with them.

They are a group of hand-picked professional Hair and Beauty specialists who tackle each client’s beauty improvement needs on a one-on-one basis. Hair Saint blends cutting-edge methods with the highest-quality materials to provide an experience tailored to the specific demands of each visitor.

We ran through the videos and photos shared to us, the whole ambience was just mesmerzing.Go check them out , click the link below.
