Dr. Olu Teaches People How to Eliminate the Fear of Failure to Experience Genuine Change

Fear is a real deterrent to success, and quite often, it is the fear of failure that holds people back from reaching their full potential in their careers, businesses, family life, and personal relationships. This often unfounded kind of fear has robbed many people of the opportunity to live life to the fullest, putting them in a situation where they settle for a mediocre kind of life. Dr. Olu strongly believes that everyone should have the opportunity to make something of their lives by first eliminating the fear of failure. 

Ironically, everyone’s greatest foe when it comes to their fears in life is themselves. Dr. Olu believes that the fear of failure can influence peoples’ decision-making, and it alters their perception of success in such a discouraging way. Helping people put these fears behind them for good is something that Dr. Olu does passionately as the founder of Changing a Generation and DrHollu & Associates. He has spent the last twenty years of his career making time to mentor and coach individuals who are struggling to achieve success with their fears in life. 

Helping people understand their fears better is something that Dr. Olu does seamlessly. He teaches them to see failure as a normal part of any process and that it is a temporary condition. For him, failure is nothing personal but simply an indication that adjustments need to be made in the way things are being done. By guiding people to find something meaningful in their experiences, he also leads them to focus on their current experience, minimize fear by taking action, look ahead with confidence, and begin to see failure as an opportunity to learn. 

Since 2000, Dr. Olu has been actively transforming peoples’ lives by helping them transform their lives, business and other personal relationships. Over the years, as a pastor and coach, Dr. Olu has been teaching people to always prioritize success in life, marriage, and relationships. One of his gifts is being able to connect with people and journey with them from beginning to end until they have fulfilled their greatest goals. He helps them focus on their needs while generating fresh ideas, develop effective strategies, and design high-quality, scalable, and customizable solutions that will help people rewire the way they think.

Dr. Olu is a seasoned public speaker and has spoken in numerous Church conferences over the years and handled workshops during these events as well. He has gone to different parts of the world to speak from Africa to England, Ireland, and various states in America. As a passionate coach and mentor, he also opted to have his own TV show on The Now Network cable network to be able to reach more people. He has also been interviewed in various local radio shows and spoke about his life’s greatest passions related to his commitment to mentor and coach people. In 2020, Dr. Olu was named by Yahoo Finance as one of the top ten mentors to follow. 

He graduated from the International Bible Institute of London, the University of Greenwich, London, and Surrey University. He completed his Doctor of Divinity in 2017. Dr. Olu has been happily married for the past 30 years and has three lovely children with his wife.
