“Through every single part of the bag, we go through 8 points of inspection, so that by the time the chef receives the product, it is as close to perfection as possible,” Chiu says.

Not only does this minimize the number of returned products, but it saves the chef precious time and provides them with the confidence and peace of mind knowing that their equipment will not fail in the crucial moment.

“If you are a chef, you are working long hours, getting up early, staying up late, and the last thing you want is for your gear to not work,” Chiu says. “We take everything into consideration from the perspective of the chef or cook.”
