Entrepreneur and Doctorate Student, Mobeen Mian, Publishes Diversity Manuscript

From an idea with his brothers, to a movement now flourishing on social media, Mobeen Mian believes diverse collaboration and partnership is the main concept to growing any start up brand, small business, and even organization. Just recently, Columbia University’s PhD student, publishes his own manuscript on incorporating diversity in upper and middle managements. The topic is broad, however Mian breaks it down successfully. Aspiring in his field, he is a graduate with a business and organizational leadership degree and launched his multimedia company, #Focuseddd, in July of 2017.

People and organizations are challenged to evaluate their talent management methods in this publication written by Mian, which also provides specific advice on how to improve their approach to boost diversity and inclusion within organizations and groups. All individuals in leadership or talent management roles will be able to relate to some of the issues raised, and Mian believes that the readers will benefit from taking the time to evaluate the solutions that have been offered to meet their future needs within their businesses’ cultures.

Mobeen Mian was born on May 21st, 1996, in Detroit, Michigan. And when he was eight years old, his family relocated to Dallas, Texas. When asked what collaboration meant to him across small enterprises and start-ups, Mobeen Mian responded with a simpler response than anticipated. That was investment. With over 100,000 followers on his personal and business social media profiles, he said that people should invest in one another’s goals. Whether it is in the form of time, money, or just support. He claims that this creates diversity. Mian believes that companies rely on and benefit from one another as a result of those variables. Mutual understanding of one another’s future aspirations is critical for progress.

In response to another question about the types of collaborations he has had in particular, Mian explains that while his brand aims to inspire everyone, the target audience for collaborations includes artists, athletes, politicians, business owners, nonprofit organizations, and musicians, among other people. Since the start of 2022, Mobeen Mian and his #Focuseddd team have published over 100 stories of others online, digitally, with interactive and questionnaire-based interviews. Mian, who is a devout Muslim, encourages tolerance and respect for people of all ethnicities and backgrounds.

Increasing workplace diversity is the goal of this publication, which includes highlighting initiatives and offering tips for doing so. Collaboration between entities may be improved because of increased diversity. The objective of this composition research is to draw attention to the topic of diversity in corporate management hierarchies and to provide suggestions for increasing the number of leadership positions available to persons of color inside the organization. Enhancing a company’s capacity to incorporate diversity at the top and middle management levels is a possibility.

Entrepreneurs encountered several difficulties in 2020 and 2021 as a result of the pandemic and specific safeguards that were imposed at the state and federal levels. Social gatherings to network, as well as contact meetings with other people, were severely restricted. Businesses, on the other hand, have grown as a result of social media, and for Mobeen Mian, partnerships, and the inclusion of diversity in his initiatives have been very beneficial. Mobeen, who founded #Focuseddd as a motivating movement, says he enjoys collaborating with positive individuals and that his relationships with businesses always help him enhance his knowledge. He said that cooperation with high-quality settings and people may help us go farther, and that this would allow us to be more strategic in our decision-making processes within businesses.

Mobeen Mian is an American Entrepreneur, analytics ambassador, investor, author, and doctorate student, who founded #Focuseddd and supervises all its initiatives. The #Focuseddd brand specializes in social media marketing, photography, videography, news press, and customized clothing for businesses and individuals.

Mobeen Mian is currently a graduate form the University of North Texas with his bachelor’s in Business Administration. He also owns his Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is now currently a doctorate student at Columbia International University.
