Fostering Healing: The Mission of Kristal Klear and The Rock Paper Scissors Foundation

The Rock Paper Scissors Foundation, founded by Kristal Klear, is a movement of compassionate individuals who strive to become an unmistakable voice for those whom all forms of abuse, low self-esteem, neglect, and human trafficking have silenced. The foundation aims to bring awareness, activate communities, ignite advocacy, and reach beyond lies and stereotypes to bring truth and justice to those who lack freedom.

Kristal Klear, known as Coach Klear, is an Entrepreneur, Certified Trauma Coach, and Published Author at the foundation’s heart. As CEO and Founder of Rock Paper Scissors Foundation (RPS), Kristal’s passion is to restore people from brokenness to wholeness by challenging them with one of her favorite slogans, “We can’t do anything about the past, but we sure can do something about the future.” Kristal is trained thoroughly in human trafficking, trauma care, sexual abuse, and child abuse. Through her national speaking engagements and a successful podcast, she shares her experience with abuse and encourages others to be resilient on their healing journey.

Ways to Heal

The foundation’s mission is to foster healing and give a voice to those silenced by all forms of abuse and human trafficking. They do this through education, intervention, and social advocacy. They provide financial assistance to abuse victims in need and offer a variety of programs ranging from school empowerment programs in local schools to trauma Coaching in group or one-on-one sessions. Kristal has also written several books, “Life Guide of Victorious Overcoming Abuse and Healing” and Shattered Glass, and a curriculum entitled “Healing Beyond Sexual Misconduct,” which focuses on adequately handling sexual misconduct from a leadership position in any environment.

People like Kristal and Rock Paper Scissors Foundation are needed today due to the widespread effects of abuse affecting millions globally. It’s crucial that society acknowledges the issue and actively works towards addressing it. The foundation’s mission is to empower survivors of abuse to take control of their lives, heal from their trauma, and ultimately become an advocate for themselves and others. The foundation is also working towards creating a society where abuse is not tolerated and is actively being discouraged. The foundation’s work is essential in creating a safer and more just world.

Abuse Comes in All Forms

It’s essential to understand that abuse is not just physical but can also be emotional, mental, sexual, and financial. These forms of abuse can leave long-lasting effects on the survivor, making it difficult for them to trust others, form healthy relationships, and live a fulfilling life. Coach Klear provides a safe space for survivors to dig deep, acknowledge the root of their pain and grow, which is essential in their journey toward healing and ultimately thriving.
