French Jewelry Retailer APM Monaco Launches Wonderland Program, Wins Forbes Sustainability Award

One of the latest industries to adopt more sustainable and ethical practices is the jewelry industry. While some brands have been committed to these practices since their inception, as consumers become more aware of and vocal about these causes, many brands are changing their ethos to match this sentiment. The global jewelry industry is massive and is only continuing to grow, expecting to reach approximately 307 billion dollars by 2026. As the market continues to grow, it is more important than ever for jewelry brands to be more environmentally conscious regarding their processes.

Contemporary jewelry brand APM Monaco has been at the forefront of this movement since jumping into retail. To this point, APM Monaco prides itself on its unique Wonderland Program, framed under the mantra of “Enjoy Now, Protect Our Future.” The Wonderland Program allows customers to bring in previously loved APM items to a store to be recycled. The team will melt the materials and use them to create new jewelry. The program gives participants two years of full warranty, professional cleaning and lifetime repair to upkeep the pieces.

APM truly believes in the forever lifespan of jewelry. With the Wonderland Program we use the love poured into our creation process to see beyond the ephemeral beauty of jewelry,” says the brand.

Thanks to their commitment to sustainable practices, APM Monaco was honored with an award at Le Trophée Forbes award ceremony for the Wonderland Program. Dominique Busso, the CEO of Forbes himself, hosted The Forbes Fashion Awards at the George V Hotel during Paris Fashion Week at the end of September. The evening was largely dedicated to honoring companies that are doing their part for the environment and for our future generations.

APM Monaco also just released their new designs for the brand’s signature collection, Meteorites. The pieces are classic, fashionable and timeless and are intended to make the customer feel confident and beautiful for any occasion. Whether heading out for a glamorous evening or accessorizing an everyday outfit, Meteorites has earrings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles and rings for everyone.

The Meteorites campaign was fronted by two of France’s biggest models, who double as regular ambassadors of the brand. Thylane Blondaeu is a major French personality that has been working with APM Monaco for quite some time. “It is an honour and a pride to represent a brand I love,” she said.

Baptiste Giabiconi is the other face of the collection, and like Blondaeu, he shares roots in the South of France with the beloved jewelry brand. “I am proud and very happy to represent a brand that I am 100% aligned with!” said Giabiconi. “I love the history of the brand and the team who have become my family too!”

As the brand continues to evolve and have more exciting collections coming up, be sure to visit APM Monaco’s website or Instagram to stay updated.
