You will need to be consistent to grow and eventually become the person you want to be. You will also have had lessons to help you take more control of your life.
- Accept Failure
In this roller coaster of life, failure is not an option. So you are surely going to have some challenges. The best way to handle it is to accept it and learn from it. Failure will help you reevaluate your plans for the best. The greatest successes are built on a foundation of failure. Each obstacle is a learning lesson.
- Kill Mediocrity

- Exposure
Exposure is very adamant in building yourself and your business. Many do not venture because they are afraid of the anticipation of what could happen or what someone else might think. This act resonates well with mediocrity. If you have fear and anxiety, you could probably write it down or say it aloud. That way, you will take control of the situation. Bringing the fear out or exposing it allows one to control it. It would help if you step out there and explore your potentials and capabilities.
- Do the Work
Doing the work isn’t easy, this is key to getting NAKED. Without hard work, this is not possible to achieve. You must put in the work to see the results. Write that email, go to the gym, and complete those tasks. Let go of all your insecurities and do the work.
It would help if you adopted the right mindset, created a habit for sustainability.
How William Branum Became the Navy SEAL of His Life
Getting out of the military for William was hard. In the military, he always knew what his mission was. Badass individuals surrounded him in a motivated team with a credible mission. Every morning, Branum knew what he was going to do, how he would do it, and what his team was going to do. He knew how to ask for help, but all of that was gone when he retired from the military. William had no mission, purpose, job, income, or idea. He went from being on top of the world to hitting rock bottom.
He had to use this mindset to build himself up again. He figured out how to GET NAKED!, how to expose himself, and how to face his fears. As a result, he has never been a quitter. He accepts the failures and learns from them. Additionally, he had to create a purpose after the military.
To build a purpose, you will have to figure out what makes you happy. It would help if you tried out different things that are interesting to you and explore them. That way, you’ll be able to find your purpose.
You have to GET NAKED!, free from unnecessary pressure, egos, or masks. These are things that will hold you back.
