The Heart of Switzerland – The Grand National Hotel

Talk of vibrance, talk of exquisiteness, and talk of extraordinary, you will know it is the Grand National Hotel. Located at the hub of Lake Lucerne and is the heart of Switzerland citizens,
Grand National Hotel is an allure.
Combining the old-age charm and the vibrance of the hotel presents a magical view and beauty to it. Just as the name, Grand National, is grand in terms of beauty and hospitality.
Anyone with a refined taste cannot resist the hotel for either business meetings or having a staycation.

The Story Behind the Hotel

A family business of 150 years old, Grand National Hotel is well established and brings the old vibe into the present. It is not just a hotel; it is an experience, museum, story, and a big part of
the history of Lucerne. Its location is at the shores of Lake Lucerne, which is a ten-minute walk to the KKL Culture and Convention Centre and Lucerne train station. Lake Lucerne, “the Lake of the four forested settlements”, the city, and all the mountains make the hotel a memorable experience.

The Incredible Vicinity

The hotel’s look is of a different era, structured and crafted beautifully. The high-ceilinged rooms, wide staircases, and long corridors display classic elegance and inspire reminiscences of ancient but no less glamorous eras.
The hotel presents itself as a historic, vibrant 5-star establishment.

The hotel contains:
● 41 hotel rooms.
● 22 apartments.
● A modern office space.
● Six restaurants/bars.
● Two ballroom conference rooms.
● A pool floor with a sauna.
The view of Lake Lucerne and the mountains around the hotel make the restaurant more serene.

The Amazing Team

Raimondo P. Erculiani is the owner of this extraordinary 151-year-old house. He does not only run a unique hotel, he is himself an incredible personality. He is always at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and often interacts with the guests. Among the reviews of the hotel, there are positive reviews regarding Raimondo.
The Director of Sales and Marketing, Paola Zuber Guzman, is another outstanding person. Those who interact with them fall in love with everything revolving around the hotel. According to a review by Pascal, who met the two executives, he finds them friendly, as they also took time to show him around.

The team at large, including the receptionist, cleaning crew, waitresses/waiters, and everyone working there, are all guest-oriented, happy, friendly, and exceptional at their service. Just at your first encounter with any staff, you already feel at home. They have intuitive and attentive care for every client that steps into the hotel.

Establishing Meaningful Relationships

Grand National Hotel understands the importance of significant relationships with all stakeholders. Therefore, they prioritize local suppliers and establish and maintain long-term relationships with their business partners and employees. As a result, the restaurant has fostered a productive spirit among all stakeholders with this regard for everyone.

Their sole purpose is being committed to meeting your every need. As an independent, privately-owned the company, they apply these principles independently and credibly.
