How Brad R Lambert Made a Name For Himself

Published

on

Brad R Lambert is a Champion of kindness. He puts others before himself. He adds value and happiness to the lives around him. He chases his passions daily and adds whatever value he can around them to make them a bigger part of his life. He isn’t interested in short-term relationships/partnerships/collaborations – He’s focused on building long-term genuine relationships with others.

Making a name for yourself

Brad made a name for himself in the industry by leading with kindness and value. He looks at situations for potential “gaps” or opportunities, which he then tries to provide the necessary value to enhance others’ lives and/or businesses. Lambert believes consistency is key and states “If you can consistently solve problems and provide value to others (big or small), your phone will always ring.”

Obstacles faced

Constant setbacks, adversity and failure are things that Brad faced to get to where he is today. He mentions that when you dream big and “swing for the fence”, you are bound to experience loss and failure at a consistent rate. Lambert is aware that rejection in the industry is very real and you’re going to have to be able to shake it off and keep moving forward if you want to be successful. He believes that nothing worth having comes easy, with that being said he also never views “failure” as a bad thing but rather looks at it as a learning experience. So ultimately he gets better and “wins” either way.

Lambert has overcome these obstacles by noticing when one door closes, another one opens. If not, “you knock down the wall and create your own path.” He then remarks “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. So if you’re trying to accomplish something and it’s not happening or you’re constantly failing, it’s time to switch it up and try a different path.”

Uniqueness within the industry

What makes Brad so different within the industry is he wants to serve. As a producer, talent manager or international speaker, he is in service of others. His focus is on impacting others in a positive way. Lambert is aware of how easy it is to get caught up in “Hollywood”, the bright lights, red carpets, “VIP” of it all. Though, that is not what he is here for. He is here to chase his passions, help others succeed and have a good time doing it. He then insists “Life is short, and I will always be from Pittsburgh, PA… a true blue collar, hard working, no “ego” town.”

In conclusion, Brad is very passionate about putting others first and helping them realize their true potential and find their own happiness in the process. He keeps his mind open and aware of others, being able to help them on another level by doing so. Not only does he stay advancing his journey, but those who are around him as well. His optimistic mindset only helps people change their lives for the better.
