How Business Gurus, Mathew and Luigi, Are Helping Small Businesses Thrive

Matthew R. Meehan and Luigi Rosabianca

Establishing and scaling your small business to stability is never easy. There are
numerous factors you need to consider while also working hard to overcome
challenges. As a result, entrepreneurs need to possess an array of skills and
competencies, some of which need to be learned from experience. This creates the
need to have a business mentor or coach to help you avoid some common mistakes.
For instance, the aftermath of the COVID pandemic left many small businesses
struggling for survival. Most of these entrepreneurs, especially sole proprietors, faced
the greatest difficulties. This left some without professional guidance to help them
navigate those extraordinary times.

These struggles caught the attention of two passionate business leaders, Matthew R.
Meehan and Luigi Rosabianca, who have since dedicated themselves to helping these
entrepreneurs. Matthew and Luigi are the founders of Shield Advisory Group, a leading
brand offering tailor-made solutions for business growth all under one roof.
Matthew leverages his over two decades of Wall Street experience to help small and
medium-sized businesses.
"We find that entrepreneurs end up wearing many hats: CEO, marketing, product
development, sales, and so on. Who has time for all that? Our advisors take a
personalized approach to provide the support, resources, and tools they need to scale
for success," Matthew explains.
Luigi, nicknamed "The Professor”, shares a diverse educational background in
architecture, law, and political science. He is a strategy expert who helps analyze a
business's strengths and weaknesses and offers actionable solutions.
According to Matthew and Luigi, large corporations have the resources to pursue tax
credits and government programs to aid in their recovery. However, small business
owners have to struggle their way through without the advantage of an advisory board.
The two embarked on a remarkable journey, establishing The Liquid Lunch Project as
an extension of Shield Advisory Group. The mission is to reach and help thousands of
struggling business owners and help them improve and expand their ventures.
"We have a whole team that can assist business owners with everything from funding,
accounting, payroll services, consulting, acquisitions, and more," Luigi says.
The Liquid Lunch Project Podcast is an arm of Shield Advisory Group and is just one
more way SAG is helping small businesses succeed in America. Each week, the duo
speaks with industry leaders, big thinkers, visionaries, authors, and CEOs who offer
their listeners valuable insight and advice. "We like to say it's a masterclass in
entrepreneurship for those who want to get shit done," the team adds.

With no doubt that small businesses and entrepreneurs have the potential to grow and
expand into mega brands if well-coached, Matthew and Luigi made it their mission to
continue reaching out and helping small business owners grow and scale their
operations. Their goal is to reach and impact over 100,000 small business owners to
achieve their dreams in the next 2-5 years. To them, this is just but the beginning of a
transformational business journey with thousands of small enterprises in and outside
the country.
