How Darnyelle Jervey Harmon Transforms The Lives Of Her Clients

Running a business can be hectic. It requires a lot of time and effort from professionals who also need to make critical decisions for the benefit of their company. It often doesn’t take long for a business owner to realize that while they know their service, what it takes to grow a business can elude them.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon, the CEO of Incredible One Enterprises LLC, has the answer to that problem. She is best known for transforming the lives of her clients by equipping them with the knowledge and skills to leverage and scale businesses that serve them financially and spiritually.

Serving People And Scaling Businesses

Through Incredible One Enterprises LLC, Darnyelle has an effective coaching framework, the Move to Millions Framework, where she combines mindset, messaging, and marketing with sales, systems, and scale to take business owners from earning six figures a year to six figures a month and having a seven-figure business within a short time. She does all this while strengthening her clients’ faith.

“Our goal is to normalize wealth and eliminate small business poverty (a low six-figure business).  Our desire is simple – we want to continue to add value and impact business owners so that they build businesses that serve them financially and spiritually while they do the work they love each day. Our services are top-notch, and we have goals to expand our reach to serve more service-based business owners,” Darnyelle said.

During the last 10 years, she has helped her clients generate more than $1 billion in sales and more than $500 million in revenue.

Climbing The Corporate Ladder

Before Darnyelle became the CEO of Incredible One Enterprises LLC, she started in a financial services company where she progressed from an entry-level customer service position to vice president in just three years.

She spent a total of 12 years with the company before she realized that she wasn’t born to sit behind someone else’s desk.

Her first attempt at business ownership wasn’t successful since she ended up filing bankruptcy and going back to work. Eventually, Darnyelle decided to get serious about starting her business and began applying what she learned when she got her MBA in marketing.  Within 3 years of returning to her business full time, Darnyelle was running a million-dollar company.

“I decided to hone in my ideal client, develop services that would solve key problems faced by my clients, and offer results and transformation, and I showed up consistently to market my services through leveraging getting booked to speak,” she shared.

From there, Darnyelle began to hold live events and grow her clients consistently. Her hard work paid off as she became the CEO of a multimillion-dollar transformation company where she has had the pleasure of working with some of the brightest service-based entrepreneurs around the world.
