How “That ADHD Guy” Is Curing Mental Health Worldwide Using Only His Smartphone

Mental health issues in our society are going largely unnoticed. We often hear of cases such as depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, persistent depressive disorder, and other illnesses, but do we ever stop to think of how prevalent these illnesses truly are and how the ripple effect amongst society affect the lives of many?
According to recent statistics, 1 in 5 Americans struggle with mental health problems daily. Half of U.S. adults are struggling with mental illness without treatment. The reality of the prevalence of mental illness is staggering. Fortunately, there’s one guy who is out to cure mental health worldwide, using only his smartphone.
Meet Cam Hannah, “That ADHD Guy”
Diagnosed with ADHD from an early age, Cam Hannah knows first-hand how it feels to live with a mental illness. He explains that he was an outcast in school, felt neglected growing up, and faced rejection constantly.
“I was alone and had to go through hardships without proper support in my corner,” says Cam. He explains that he went on to discover a mentor who changed his life for the better by helping him free his mind, do what he loves, make more money, get in his best physical shape, find the woman of his dreams, and overall live an abundant life. Currently, Cam is leaving his legacy in the world by helping others do the same.
Speaking up about real and raw mental health issues
Cam Hannah touches on topics relevant to people struggling with mental illness. When you check out his content on Instagram and Tiktok, you’ll find that he covers real, raw, and important concepts that most people are too scared to speak up about, such as self worth, self sabotage, ADHD, depression, traumas, and how to solve it.
“Too often people self-sabotage relationships because they feel as if they’re not good enough for the other person. So they end up alone, depressed, isolated, and have the fear of being alone forever. It’s a tough cycle,” says Cam. This cycle is what Cam helps others overcome by using his smartphone to share powerful content.
When you go to his Tiktok, you’ll find videos covering topics such as “3 signs you may have ADHD,” “Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria,” “How to stop pushing your relationships away,” and many more. Cam’s short content is a welcomed gift, considering the average person’s attention span is 8.25 seconds.
Cam’s efforts are changing the world by positively impacting lives. This is just one guy with ADHD who decided enough was enough and used his smartphone to make a difference. He has “Need nothing and attract everything” as a imprinted tattoo, which is a motto he lives by. He also strongly lives by the statement that “Freedom is in your mind – you already have everything you need.”
