Journalist: Hello Lala, can you tell us how you came up with the idea for your book – “Light Up Your Worth”?

Author: Hi Olivia, thank you for having me. I came up with the idea for this book after going through a difficult period in my life, following a sport accident and severe injury to my leg. Hopeless at that time I have created a new formula to overcome depression and find back my light / hope. I used spiritual methods and ancient knowledge to overcome these challenges, and I wanted to share my story to inspire others to do the same.

Journalist: What helped you the most during this difficult time?

Author: Some ancient knowledge I have found by reading lost books, Meditation, prayer, and gratitude were key tools for me. Meditation helped me focus on the present moment and reduce stress, prayer gave me a sense of peace and support, and gratitude helped me focus on the positive aspects of my life. I also found strength by turning to ancient knowledge, such as spiritual teachings from different cultures.

Journalist: You mention in your book that you have been writing since you were young, can you tell us more about why you decided to write this book? Was this your first book? And what were your reasons for choosing to write about your own experiences?

Author: Writing has always been a passion of mine, since I was a child I have been writing poetry and short stories. Books have been a part of my life since I was 5, I learned to read very early, pushed by my parents and from a young age, my dream was to become a movie writer.

However, I never shared my writings neither my experiences and my injury and the difficult times I faced in my life, made me realize the importance of sharing my own experiences and the lessons I learned during this period.

Writing this book was a way for me to process my own experiences and to share them with others who may be going through similar challenges. It was not my first book, but it was definitely the most personal and meaningful one. I chose to write about my own experiences because I wanted to inspire others and to show them that they are not alone in their struggles, and that there is hope and a way out.

Jourealist: Can you give us an overview of the exercises included in your Workbook and explain their objectives?

Author: The exercises in the Workbook are designed to challenge the reader’s limiting beliefs and thought patterns, and to encourage them to think in new and innovative ways. By working through each task and reflecting on the experiences they encounter, readers will be empowered to develop a growth mindset and to break out of limiting thought patterns that may have been holding them back. Our goal is to help women unlock their full potential by giving them the tools they need to think differently and create positive change in their lives.

The saying goes that if you want a different outcome in life, you need to do different things, but what’s often not mentioned is that in order to do different things, one needs to think differently. This is the goal of the exercise. To give readers a fresh perspective and empower them to form their own opinions and beliefs through fostering introspection.

Journalist: In your book, you mention the importance of having faith during difficult times. Can you tell us more about how you maintained your faith and how it helped you?

Author: Faith was a crucial aspect of my healing process. I turned to prayer and meditation regularly to connect with a higher power and to find comfort and guidance. I also found strength in reading spiritual texts and connecting with a community of like-minded individuals who shared my belief system. It helped me to remind myself that I was not alone, and that there was a higher purpose to my struggles. I also found that having faith gave me a sense of hope and optimism, which helped me to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Journalist: How do you suggest someone who may be struggling with their faith during difficult times to keep the faith?

Author: For someone who may be struggling with their faith during difficult times, I would suggest seeking out a community of like-minded individuals, whether it be a religious or spiritual community, or even just a group of friends who share similar beliefs. I would also recommend reading spiritual texts or finding a spiritual or religious leader to talk to. It’s also important to take time for self-reflection and to connect with your inner self, through prayer, meditation, or other spiritual practices. It’s important to remember that faith is a personal journey, and that it may take time to find a sense of peace and understanding, but it’s important to keep trying and to not give up..

Journalist: In your book, you talk about both faith and hope, how do you define the difference between the two? How do they work together in helping you to overcome difficult times?

Author: Faith and hope are two concepts that are closely related but have some distinct differences. Faith, for me, is a belief in a higher power or a spiritual force that guides and supports us. It is the belief that there is a purpose and a plan for our lives, even when things are difficult. Hope, on the other hand, is the belief that things will get better, even when we can’t see it yet. It’s the belief that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that things will work out in the end.

Author: For me, faith and hope work together to provide a sense of comfort and guidance during difficult times. Faith gives me a sense of connection to something greater than myself, and hope gives me the strength to keep going, even when things are tough. Together, they help me to see the bigger picture and to trust that everything happens for a reason.

Journalist: What do you hope readers will take away from your book?

Author: My hope is that readers will feel inspired and encouraged after reading my book. I want them to know that they are not alone in the challenges they face, and that there are ways to overcome life’s obstacles. I want them to learn to use the tools of meditation, prayer, and gratitude, as well as ancient knowledge, to find the inner strength they need to move forward.
