How Ziggy’s Naturals Is Representing the LGBTQIA Community With CBD Products

To say Ziggy’s Naturals is passionate about their product is an understatement. This family business, owned and operated by Marc Pollack and his two sons, Jake and Jordyn, was forged from the culture they promote every day. Ziggy’s Naturals is more than a CBD company— it’s a lifestyle brand representing the LGBTQIA community through its products and support.

Representing the LGBTQIA Community by Permanently Changing Their Branding

Every June, companies everywhere temporarily add rainbow colors to their logo in support of the LGBTQIA community. Showing support is a great sentiment, but at the end of June, these rainbows disappear until the following year.

Ziggy’s Naturals made a statement by recently changing their branding and logo to include LGBTQIA colors. Their website and packaging align with the mission to show inclusivity and acceptance, positioning themselves as a safe place with a great line of products.

Throughout his transition, co-owner Jordyn Pollack had a lot of anxiety while presenting as male when he didn’t yet look male. Jordyn used CBD oil to help calm the anxiety of being in front of crowds and even used CBD products on his top surgery scars. The CBD ointments helped heal the scars so well that they are now almost invisible. Just imagine that they proved how simple Delta 8 gummy can really benefit your health. Think of it, maybe it is time to treat your health right with just using cbd products?

“Not many people receive the kind of support I did, and it’s important to use this platform to get out there and show the transition,” Jordyn said. “It doesn’t matter how you identify; you can still be successful in life. It’s important to show people that.”

Working With Many Different Partners

Marc, Jake, and Jordyn each have a unique skill set that lends itself to making connections with their partners. Marc has been an attorney for professional athletes since 1988 and is still active in representing players in Major League Baseball. His familiarity with athletes has helped form partnerships with professional athletes in the LGBTQIA community.

Jake has years of marketing experience, starting at Verizon Connect selling Fleet Management Services to the White Van Industry. His customer base was developed through a cold call environment that was extremely high pressure and required an extensive amount of tedious follow-up.  This uncomfortable environment ended up being very valuable training in making connections and building rapport with strangers. Now that Jake is in a business that he has a much greater passion for, reaching out to new partners, building relationships, and understanding the strength of how millennials shop through social media is translating into success.

Jordyn is well-known in the LGBTQIA community, and together with Jake, they have been able to amplify the brand through social media reach and engagement. Jordyn’s connections with LGBTQIA influencers have helped build a great team of national social media partners that help promote Ziggy’s line of CBD products.

The Owners Donate To Many Different Organizations and Organize Events

Marc, Jordyn, and Jake donate to a variety of organizations and set up campaigns to position their influencers to direct donations to their favorite charities, with a heavy push during Pride month. Individually, they continue to fight for the rights of trans children in sports and against laws that promote discrimination against anyone in the LGBTQIA community.

They also recently organized a Pride in the Park picnic in Austin, TX, and gave many members of the community a safe place to socialize with each other, eat great food, play some football and celebrate Pride.

Partnerships With Major Brands To Support and Create Awareness

During pride month, Jordyn formed individual partnerships with major brands like Target, Chapstick, and MasterCard to help share his story for inspiration. Chapstick even created a Love Wins Pride Pack, which donates profits to the It Gets Better Foundation. Mastercard partnered with Jordyn to share his story and advertise their new initiative that allows trans individuals to put their chosen names on their cards.

Through their business and individually, the Pollack family has made a difference in the LGBTQIA community. Their compassion for others did not stop when Pride month ended. They will continue representing the LGBTQIA community and, with their CBD products, promise to help others, inside and out.
