Ice Fire Initiative: Kindling New Businesses & Talents

Powered by multi-faceted talent, Ice Fire Initiative is involved in bringing Eastern talent and Western new businesses together to create a win-win situation. The new businesses seeking talent and, at times, financial resources get tremendous support from this initiative.

The new business gets talented people at fair prices, while the students just out of college seeking experience get an opportunity to showcase their talent and develop their skills.

IceFireFolio Initiative helps to identify such talents and also helps startups establish their operations. They are dedicated to fostering talents and skills in the Eastern part of the world.

In this context, Ice Fire has taken the initiative of providing scholarships to deserving students. The intention is to aid students financially to complete their education and pursue specialised training so that they are ready for the professional world. Ice Fire gives them a chance to work with them to hone their skills. This lays a foundation for strong career building.

Opportunities are galore

Career-building opportunities are plenty, but not all students are lucky enough to grab them. Some are constrained by finances, while some may be unaware of such opportunities. Initiatives like Ice Fire bridge the gap between opportunities and talent.

Similarly, in the case of new businesses, Ice Fire helps them build a brand and expand through website building, hosting promotion, and marketing advice. The right marketing can do wonders for a new business. Many startups shut down due to insufficient or incorrect marketing, which cripples the business, as word about them does not spread.

Sometimes, what an individual or a business requires is just a little push. IceFire Initiative provides just that. It’s that little push that can give a career or a business momentum to soar high.
