Interview With Super Jewelry Co Founder Tony “Super” Chang

Tony Chang is a Second Generation Motivational Jeweler. After overcoming many challenges on his road to success, Chang now dedicates much of his time to inspiring people to be their true selves.

Interview

What exactly do you do for a career?

I sell Fine Real 10K/14K Gold Jewelry, create Custom Jewelry, and motivate aspiring Entrepreneurs to create a revenue stream of their own.

Can you tell us about your company?

Super Jewelry Co. was created back in 2018 because I wanted Freedom in my life. Financial Freedom, mainly. To do what I want, when I want, how I want, because I want. I sell 10K and 14K Fine Real Gold Jewelry and create Custom Pieces. It is becoming a Worldwide Brand!

What was the process for you to find what you wanted to do?

Honestly, it was horrible and challenging. I dropped out of Graduate School after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad because I wanted Financial Freedom. I then went on to being a Realtor at Keller Williams, only to quit and work at 24 Hour Fitness. Not too long after that, I was introduced to the CEO of Ablaze International Corporation where I gained experience, knowledge, and relationships in the Jewelry Industry. After working for them for 6 years, I finally decided to jump ship and create my own online business selling and creating jewelry.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Honestly, making my clients happy. It makes my day when my clients tell me how happy they are with their jewelry pieces. Also, being able to build relationships with my clients.

What do you want your audience to know?

I am a Sagittarius. Enough said. LOL! I also want them to know I was in their shoes as well. I struggled to find myself. I struggled to find out what I wanted to do. I struggled to make a name for myself. I overcame mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges in my life. So can You.

What is your greatest success so far?

Finding, Knowing, and Being Myself.

What does it take to be a successful entrepreneur?

It takes believing in Yourself. If you don’t at first, having just one person really believe in You until You do.
It takes determination, perseverance, forgiveness, humility, and being able to act, even when you are scared to do something.

Anything else your audience should know?

One thing that I’ve done in my life in my 30’s was to face my Deepest and Darkest Self. Rather than avoiding, running, or using substances (I have done all of these things) to numb your pain, the true healing comes from going back to your childhood to acknowledge your Inner Child, to acknowledge your fears, to acknowledge your insecurities, to acknowledge your low self-esteem, and to feel all of the emotions that were repressed. Life truly is a game and those who put themselves out there to play will get hurt the most, but, will end up winning sooner or later.
