Meet JC Hite, the Founder Helping Digital Marketing Agencies Scale Their Business

Entrepreneur JC Hite left his job in Central America to pursue his passion for helping others achieve their goals, founding Hite Digital in the process. Read on to learn how his entrepreneurial journey transpired — and succeeded.

JC Hite Quits an INC 500 Agency

In 2017, JC Hite and his wife were working for an INC 500 agency focusing on PPC, making an impressive six figures between them. However, Hites’s purpose and aspirations failed to fall in line with the company’s objectives, which were relentlessly money-orientated.

With a desire to pursue a position that revolved around something more significant, JC Hite quit his job and started his journey as an entrepreneur.

A Crazy Dream

JC Hite initially conceived the Hite white label digital marketing agency we know today in a spare room of his home, with one other team member. Inspired by Hite’s passions, people and business, Hite Digital was born: a white label digital marketing agency that would help other agencies succeed, and provide quality jobs for professionals in Nicaragua.

Hite and his growing team built a superior digital marketing service that they successfully scaled in just two years. Their rapid success and an experienced team has provided Hite and his team the expert knowledge and skills to help other agencies scale and grow their businesses.

JC Hite’s Superpowers For Success

JC Hite has an unorthodox philosophy when it comes to success and making a lot of money as an agency CEO. He believes (and has proven) that focusing on money isn’t the answer if you want to succeed in business.

Moreover, Hite explains that money shall arrive as a byproduct of tireless hard work. This means dedication and passion for excellent service; as agencies meticulously improve services and products for customers, they will reach their goals. JC Hite established his business by putting customers first and providing the best service possible to marketing agencies.

Hite also says that hiring and training an exceptional team will help you reach and exceed your business goals. And in response, the money shall follow.

Top Advice For Agencies That Want To Scale Their Business

Hite’s best advice to budding entrepreneurs and startup agencies is to get rid of the idea that a 4-hour workweek will lead to success. Growing an agency, he explains, requires putting in hours of work to resemble anything close to success. Therefore, CEOs should be prepared to put in the hours and effort from the get-go. With commitment and hard work, Hite asserts, positive results shall follow.
