Las Vegas is More than Fast Cars and Casinos

Las Vegas is a great place to call home. Even with the crush of the pandemic, Las Vegas was able to climb out of the global crisis and get back to business. This is good news for the many who work there. If you’re thinking about making a move, Las Vegas offers more than casinos, though.
Many families call Las Vegas home, and while the rest of the world may focus on the glitzy lights and blackjack tables or slot machines, many families move to the area to enjoy the dry heat to help allergies, arthritis that flares up in humidity. Or, they move because there are opportunities for work, or choose the area for schools, or because it offers them the chance to find something they can afford and allow them to get started with their families, or even to start over or retire. The thing is, Las Vegas is a lot of things to a lot of people.
To a real estate investor mentor, it’s a place to build equity. But to Jennifer Littlefield, it’s a community that offers the chance for families to get started. In fact, Jennifer has helped a lot of families get settled into new homes. She comes with a varied background which makes her easy to relate to. Her clients love working with her because of that reason, and due to the fact that she has strong marketing skills and great resources.
Real Estate: Meeting Your Financial Goals
Jennifer may have been born in Hawaii, but for over ten years she’s called Las Vegas her home. She loves helping families find or sell a home while helping them meet their financial goals. A quality that makes her unique and helpful to the real estate community is that she’s bilingual and speaks both English and Vietnamese, which helps those who might have language barriers.
With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a minor in Human Resource Management, Jennifer Littlefield’s well-rounded approach to business means she’s focused on her clients. She’s fiercely determined to make sure her clients make choices they’re happy about and can find a needle in a haystack when it comes to the right home. Her strong negotiating and business skills put her in a unique position to always get the best deals for her clients.
So many people end up relocating, and with that, she offers a full array of services to help make the transition easier. Getting settled in new neighborhoods can be stressful when you don’t know your way around. Jennifer makes the transition seamless.
One of the things we love about her is the YouTube channel she created which gives potential homeowners a peek inside homes. Let alone, she talks about becoming a real estate agent. One of the testimonial videos shows a first-time homeowner and what her thoughts were about the experience of buying a first home. It’s a great way for others to see, as it helps you think about questions you might have when looking into your first home buying experience.
In her video about why she became an agent, she shares her childhood and some of the things that were lacking in her home and building growing up. It’s a unique insight into who she is and how she can help clients.
She is on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. She also has a YouTube channel here.
