The meetup is open to all levels of investors, from beginners to experienced professionals. The goal of the group is to provide a supportive and educational environment where investors can learn from each other and network with other professionals in the industry.

Each meetup features a different speaker or panel of speakers who discuss a variety of topics related to commercial real estate investing. In the past, the group has hosted speakers on topics such as:

  • How to find and evaluate commercial real estate deals
  • Financing commercial real estate investments
  • Managing commercial real estate properties
  • Legal and tax considerations for commercial real estate investors
  • The latest trends in the commercial real estate market

In addition to the speaker presentations, Joe Fairless notes that the meetup also includes a networking session where investors can meet each other and exchange ideas. The networking session is a great way to learn about other investors’ experiences and to find potential partners for future deals.
