Who would’ve thought that an 18-year-old Joe McCarthy who started his career as an entrepreneur through farming would be able to promote thousands of businesses in social media and scale seven-figure brands?
Through Jem Media, the young entrepreneur utilizes social media strategies to help clients develop their business to gain more customers, sales, and leads.

Joe’s business is known as Jem Media. It is a service-based business that helps other businesses get results through the use of social media marketing, thus making marketing convenient for everyone.
Their services include Instagram growth that reels in around 10,000 to 15,000 real, organic followers; social media management that helps businesses keep their social media presence alive and on top; social media marketing to reel in more customers or sales; and social media consulting which helps business owners run their pages through a series of tips and tricks that they can implement along the way.
Large branding approaches aren’t the only services that Joe’s Jem Media offers. The business also provides small ticket items such as custom made Instagram highlight covers, story shoutouts or promotions, professional video editing, and 30-minute coaching calls.
With these services, whether big or small, Jem Media ensures that its clients have a top-quality social media presence.
From Farm Boy to a Successful Entrepreneur
Before Joe got into the business where he is now, he used to work on a farm and he was tasked to market as well as sell his products. He tried almost everything but nothing seemed to be working.
A year later, when he was 15-years-old, Joe discovered Facebook and Instagram. He created a page for his farm on the following social media platforms which rapidly grew to 2,000 followers each.
Without realizing it at first, the young entrepreneur has been utilizing the power of social media to his own benefit.
Seeing as to how social media helped him become successful, Joe decided to take a different route in terms of his career. After one year and reading 50 books on business and entrepreneurship, he started Jem Media.
During his journey of building his own brand, Joe discovered that being persistent in what you’re doing no matter how tough things get is a key to success.
At his young age, Joe has a long way ahead of him as he plans to grow his business to be able to help more clients get the word out for their business.
