Kristin Stueben: How This Multifaceted Woman Has Dominated in Multiple Industries

Kristin Stueben is one of those women who just oozes success. She’s one of the pioneers for Maxus Nails, Inc., a nail polish brand that has revolutionized the scene with there unique nail strengthening treatments. Maxus has been featured in some of the biggest fashion magazines out there, like Vogue, InStyle, and ELLE. But Kristin’s real talent lies in her ability to spot trends before anyone else.

“I’ve always been interested in fashion and style,” she says. “My dad had a printing factory, and I would help him print the ballots for the Bergen County Elections. I have always been around creative people, and I think that’s where my love for fashion comes from.”

After working in her father’s business for a few years, Stueben decided to pioneer other ventures on her own. She obtained an economics degree from Rutgers University which has played a critical role in her endeavors. Pushing her to corporate America, to then working with Maxus Nails, to now her new venture as the chief growth officer at Cerebral. Cerebral is a new-age agency for the modern artist & athlete. Utilizing a curated data approach, the agency aims to deliver a maximum strategic impact, with a macro outlook for their clients, their future, their community, and their legacy.

As the Chief Growth Officer at Cerebral, Kristin is responsible for connecting talent with endorsements, venture capital, NFT direction and helping the development of their startups. Kristin’s ability to seamlessly navigate and adapt from industry to industry exemplifies what it means to be a successful young businesswoman in modern America.

Kristin shares with us her lessons from her journey, “It is okay to not have a plan, more importantly as individuals, we are certainly allowed to become a multitude of things. I have never fit into the boxes people tried to condemn me to and once I realized that was my advantage, then the stars started to aligned for me!”
