What inspired you to pursue a musical career?

“I never thought I’d make music. I grew up playing ball through high school and college, always known as a hooper. When the pandemic hit, basketball slowed down for me and I had a lot more free time than I was ever used to. I started going out a lot more. People in clubs, parties, etc would always think I was a rapper or did music. At first, it was annoying because I would hear it everywhere I go. Until one day after a night out, I told myself I might as well start rapping since everyone thinks I do anyway. My passion and love for music then grew even bigger than it already was or that I could’ve ever imagined. I haven’t looked back since.”

If you could only introduce yourself to someone with one song, what song would it be and why?

“It would be “Keep It On Me”. It’s one of my most vulnerable records where I speak on things that I normally don’t open up about. It also introduces people to a different side of me, while also giving them something to relate to.”
