Las Vegas Tech Entrepreneur Prophecy Onasis Shares Rare Look Into Core Principles That Helped Him Reach Mogul Status

Prophecy Onasis is a Las Vegas Tech Mogul who has built a formidable career monetizing short and long form video with programmatic advertising. He is CTO at Vuuzle Media Corporation and the brain behind projects such as Vuuzle TV’s Content Delivery Network platform, VUMU Music platform and Clout9 a 3 dimensional content delivery platform.

He shares with us three simple principles he applies in his daily life that has helped him become such an influencial figure in the world of tech and entertainment.

It Starts With Family

Prophecy is a family man and is not shy about sharing how much his children motivate him. He’s particularly happy to share the impact his wife has made on his career and says that she keeps him grounded to continue performing at a high level.

“My wife is my best motivator. She truly understands the championship mindset. She does not allow me to hit a low. She is my best friend. She is not a woman of opinionated destruction; she understands how to pivot and this is really helpful. What makes our relationship more interesting is my wife was a vet tech working with animals and she pivoted to ad tech about 8 years ago and now she is highly respected as a practitioner in the programmatic advertising space. So we are on the same playing field working now and we enjoy it.”

He Stayed Humble With Big Opportunities

Prophecy has built a relationship with some of the most influential tech and media companies in the United States, yet he remains humble. He shares his excitement in working with Verizon Media, a leading telecommunications company many know by heart.

“Well to even have a partnership with such a powerful company as Verizon is an honor. We were invited to their headquarters in LA and were able to see The Nock which is Verizon’s central intelligence for all their streaming technology.

Prophecy and his team are also mavericks in the space and have received various awards for excellence in tech, media and entertainment.

“We also have been awarded the Brand Blazer award by Verizon for being leaders in how we use streaming technology solutions. That is a huge accomplishment for our whole team at Vuuzle.”

He Stayed Creative In A Highly Technical World

As a Chief Technology Officer of a leading tech company, Prophecy leads with creative energy and reminds others that a childlike attitude to learning and growing is the best way to keep innovating. He believes that entrepreneurs should alway go into situations with an open mind.

“I love my profession as much as I loved playing at the park when I was a child. And I was discovering things then and this has never changed. I just amplified the thought process and magnified how I look at and approach solutions.”

He Prioritized Legacy From The Start

Legacy is important for many entrepreneurs and prophecy says he is no different than others who dream to leave an impact on earth. He says that his vision is to simplify life for others thought the tech solutions he creates and limit the amount of addictive and detrimental technology that exists in his space of expertise.

“I want my legacy to be known as a person who wanted to make everyone’s lives to be lived in high definition. To build complicated systems that are easy to use and makes people feel good about having more control in their lives again. Something that has been taken away from us with the follow and like button. To me I want everyone to be left with something I developed that allows everyone to feel relevant. Relevance breeds peace, and that is all everyone wants. That’s my legacy.”
