Live your Soul Purpose with Ischa Ropert, Founder of Higher Life Academy

So many of us believe that to live our best life we need a high quality lifestyle with an abundance of wealth, health, and loving relationships. A kind of ‘picture perfect’ life sold through marketing, advertising and social media where suffering, loss, trauma and powerlessness are conveniently hidden from view. 

Deep down we know it isn’t real, that no life is perfect and all of us suffer in one way or another. However as transformational life coach, Ischa Ropert learnt first hand, this awareness has not prevented her clients burning out whilst chasing this false version of success; or from missing out on daily doses of happiness their imperfect lives have to offer.

Working with more than 2500-plus people globally in the most intimate spaces of their lives, Ischa has witnessed first hand how confusing and scary life can get when it doesn’t go to plan, or how despair creeps in when you are not living up to unrealistic expectations. When life has become the enemy tripping you up, rather than a powerful ally in your joy.

Back in 2010 Ischa started her life coaching practice with a clear mission, to help clients break free from struggle and learn to live a life they love. What she quickly discovered is without knowing your true self and investing in a higher purpose, it was easy to stay stuck in the ‘struggle cycle’ trying to fix, change or improve yourself with limited success. 

As a life coach, exploring life purpose is part of the process all her clients go through, however in daily life there seems to be a gap in education. Other than religion, philosophy or spiritual ideologies, the big questions of who am I, what am I here for and how does life really work remain largely unanswered. A gap that leaves many people striving rather thriving and completely confused on how to live with confidence, joy and ease. 

Ischa knows this dilemma in a deeply personal way, having lived in an anxiety-driven, fear based reality most of her life where pleasing others was her go to strategy. As a child of family trauma and addictions, her pursuit for happiness was relentless and often occurred at the expense of her wellbeing. One that lead to a massive burnout after becoming a mother.

In fact, Ischa credits her post-natal crisis as the ‘wake up call’ she needed to give up on superficial success and start listening to her inner voice. She describes this awakening as answering the call from her soul, who was patiently waiting to take charge. This kick-started a powerful personal transformation and took her coaching to the next level, helping people live their soul purpose. 

Her own process was by no means straightforward. There were many diverse teachings on the meaning of life, that often contradicted each other, so it would have been be easy to get lost, become confused and give up. Luckily Ischa could draw on the education and tools from her extensive coach training to cut to the core, stay on path and come out the other side. Empowered, energised and ready to contribute back into the world from her true self. 

It is this empowerment expertise, Ischa now shares at her education portal, the higherlife Academy, where she guides others through the process of personal transformation to live their soul purpose.
