Luxury Real Estate Broker Chris D. Bentley Is Turning Heads And Transforming Texan Lives

Chris D. Bentley, the founder of his three-year-young business ​​Bentley Fine Properties, is making waves in the real estate industry thanks to his outstanding service and value to buyers and sellers all year round. “I came to Dallas over nine years ago from the Washington D.C. metro area, and it was a 180-degree difference from living on the East Coast,” says Bentley. “It’s very different for those coming from the West Coast, so I know firsthand how strange it can feel moving into a new area.”

But the fear of starting a new chapter only seemed to rev his passion further as today, his engines at Bentley Fine Properties continue to dominate the real estate market. 

So, how does he do it?

The key to his significant lasting success rate stands alongside three major longevity groups. Namely; behaviors, habits, and mindset – all three working in tandem, constantly boosting his real estate longevity. 

No matter what fluctuations occur, you are guaranteed to be in safe hands when it comes to staying on top of the latest luxury trends. “I take advantage of market fluctuations as quickly as possible,” Bentley explains. “Things change, but it could be something as simple as inventory on the market, to financing, to the type of buyers searching. But I can quickly tell what’s going on.” 

Renowned for going the extra mile, you can catch Bentley out in the field, working seven days a week, guiding clients through the ins and outs of new builds, lovely homes, and luxury living. 

“In this industry, you have just got to continue to plug away at it,” shares Bentley. “There’s a lot of competition. Many people are doing the same thing that you’re doing. But the difference is that YOU have to do it better.”

And with a strong brand at hand and a robust gauge in mind, his habits soon turned to utilizing tech innovation to further push his golden experience and fresh-faced business into the spotlight.

While most other realtors in Dallas utilized dated marketing methods before the pandemic, Bentley continued to evolve with the modern digital times. By adapting to the ever-changing market, the top real estate agent stepped ahead of other experts in the industry by devoting all his time to improving his marketing skills – online. 

After leveling up during a time of self-doubt, it proved how easily adaptable he was to the demands of changing times. By putting “a greater emphasis on leveraging social media to enhance communication to serve clients, acquire new business, and get more deals done,” his residential and commercial real estate brokerage helped people relocate to the Dallas, Texas, area for good. 

The proof is in the pudding, as Bentley Fine Properties ranked highly in the Top 20 Dallas Realtors on Social Media in 2018 and 2019. 

But his most important key to longevity is one that deals with social impact and forming tight-knit relationships – which explains why more than 50% of Bentley’s business has consisted of repeat and referral clients.

Bentley’s passion and care for others and their needs is just the beginning, as he also aims to create a social impact through his new venture of keynote speaking and coaching. The rise to success is something that Chris. D Bentley points to having a pure work-driven mentality. 

And this mindset shift is taught throughout his personal mentoring and coaching sessions for new agents to take on.

“I was in a financial services multi-level marketing company before I got into real estate, so I would host weekly events where I bring people into the office and talk to them about the company,” says Bentley. “It’s one of the things that I’m crashing into right now. I speak to 55+ people every couple of weeks, including real estate licensees or soon-to-be licensees, and I’ve rekindled my passion for it.”

In the end, not only is Bentley a seven-time multi-million dollar producer and award-winning author of four eBooks but a real estate star who puts clients first.
