Main Street Just Found Its CPA and Lawyer All in One- America’s Small Business Tax Lawyer

Business Tax Lawyer

If you ask a law or economics student the most difficult subject that does not draw their interest, they might say the tax code. In fact, it’s not surprising that tax policy concerns thousands of small businesses all over the United States. Many people need clarification on the nuances of taxation. But how complex is tax law really? – Well, it depends on the speaker and the lawyer.

Tax lawyers account for only about 1-3% of all lawyers in the United States today. Furthermore, the majority of business lawyers work with large corporations, leaving no room in the market for small businesses. As a result of this challenge, unlicensed coaches appear on the market, and self-professed ‘gurus’ try to fill the gap for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Regrettably, these unauthorized practitioners often, charge exorbitant fees for their services and add insult to injury.

In response to this void in the marketplace main street America found a CPA and lawyer all in one. Mark J. Kohler is a tax attorney who wants to help small businesses in particular and has a disdain for Wall Street and overpriced corporate lawyers. In fact, over his career, he has completed over 10,000 client consultations as a senior partner in the law firm Kyler, Kohler, Ostermiller & Sorensen.

Mark owns cryptocurrency himself and supports business owners developing digital assets and operations in the metaverse. After college, he majored in business and quickly realized that accounting was the lifeblood of small business and that ‘knowing the books’ was critical to success. During his undergraduate studies, he established a more robust janitorial business.
