Unknown to many, Dzierzega is a former college dropout who rose against all odds to prove his doubters wrong. “After I dropped out no one believed that I would be successful but I proved everyone wrong. I taught myself everything I know about PR and marketing, built up really valuable connections, and always kept on trying to become better,” he narrates.
Despite Dzierzega’s drive to succeed, working his way to the top wasn’t an easy avenue. He has had to overcome numerous hurdles, gradually building his success. This includes establishing viable industry connections while working hard to provide unique solutions to existing market problems.
“I had to build connections and provide value before anyone gave me respect. After I was able to prove my worth, people in my network were referring me to top brands. ,” Dzierzega adds.
In the coming years, Dzierzega aspires to scale his influence beyond the country’s borders. He intends to work with some globally celebrated brands while also managing public relations and communications for famous up-and-coming celebrities or influencers. The ambitious entrepreneur also envisions himself helping to grow Gldn into a million-dollar venture doing seven figures a month. “We are ready to build up our back end and improve our systems. We should be there in the next few years,” Dzierzega explains.
Dzierzega also wants to tell his story to motivate and inspire everyone to believe they can become whoever they intend to be. Some people might doubt your abilities, especially when you are getting started, but that should always encourage you to pursue your dream. Instead, be patient for your turn. Dzierzega says he wanted to be successful immediately, but that just wasn’t possible. There were times when he was seeking instant gratification, but it never happened. This, in return, taught him the importance of patience and the value of trusting the process. In addition, Dzierzega says he had to learn how to focus on himself, keeping his head up at all times.
When asked about his best advice for people in this space, Dzierzega says to never give up on what you believe in. Remember, winners never quit, and a quitter never wins.
