Meet Entrepreneur Albert Vaisman, The Founder of Soxy Socks!

Albert Vaisman is the Founder of Soxy Socks. It is a consumer brand that designs bold socks to help empower individuality and self-expression. What you might not know about Albert is that he is a university dropout. However, he has sold over 1 million pairs of socks to men and women in over 40 countries. He did all that without raising venture capital, as seen on his website.
Albert created a dwelling brand such that in 5 years after launching, he had sold over 1 million pairs. That outstanding performance, Albert attributes it to hard work, focus, and resilience. He acknowledges that there were a lot of obstacles in his journey.
Obstacles
“Every stage of growing a business presents new challenges.” Albert started. He explains that one of his biggest challenges was learning how to run effective paid ads to bring in new customers. For the first few years of business, Albert and his team had never run a single paid ad to bring new customers. They were growing organically. He affirms that having no mentor was one obstacle because he couldn’t figure out the advantage of scaling paid ads.
Triumph after learning how to DIY
Having no coach or mentor, Albert had to try out if things would work by literally doing them as a test. Therefore, he started trying new things. However, he wasn’t just doing it without prepping abundantly. “Nowadays, there is a lot more content that you can watch to learn any skill essential to running a business; when I started, there wasn’t as much content readily available.” He says. Therefore, he had to search through the internet, read journals and books to learn new things before trying them.
Never settle for mediocrity
When he tried them, he created an excellent experience for his customers. They were always getting positive reviews from their customers, and Albert was not ready to settle for low. He has always been scaling up in order to continue getting such reviews. He was continuously striving to get to the next level by overcoming and learning from the experiences. “Obstacles are not meant to destroy your business; they are just lessons learned differently.” He continued.
In conclusion
This has created their brand, and they are now unique such that you can’t find another exact copy of their product elsewhere. That has become their greatest selling point and the main reason why they have expanded to over 40 countries in five years of operation.
