Meet Matt Hays, A Millionaire Who’s Ready To Help People Become Financially Free

Journey To Success

Matt is a highly regarded and applause-worthy business owner, real estate investor and entrepreneur having completed thousands of real estate transactions including fix/flips, wholesales, long term rentals and short-term rentals in his decades-long career. But before he got to where he is right now, he had to start somewhere.

It all started in 2003. Even though he was dead broke at that time, Matt decided to read one of Robert Kiyosaki’s books and then took his classes for $38,000. That was the year he realized the real value of education and mentors. He has since then spent over $400,000 in real estate education, seminars, events, coaches and mentors and went on to complete over a thousand real estate transactions, made 10’s of millions of dollars and owned several different vacation rental properties and multiple businesses.

What He’s Working On And What’s Next For Him

Matt is a very dedicated and committed guy. He is flipping 250 houses and currently working on acquiring more short-term rentals. Achieving success is not a walk in the park. But according to Matt, anyone can do it as long you have the right mindset and take massive action just like him. On his journey to success, he has applied The Golden Rule and that is to treat others as you wish to be treated. He explained that it takes the same energy to be kind as it does to be a jackass, so Matt recommends being kind to everyone you meet by all means no matter who they are (even if it’s a lady at the drive-through window). He added that it doesn’t hurt to try and put a smile on someone’s day, to always take the high road in business and do the right thing and help your fellow man along the way.

And when asked about the aspects of life he thinks anyone striving to follow his career path should focus on, he shared about the importance of taking action and risks in life. For him, it’s beneficial to put yourself out there and make things happen instead of waiting on the sidelines for something great to happen.
