“I can’t see people in distress. I believe every person has something inherent to them. We are born to win and all of us should realize our full potential. They have to see silver lining within dark clouds. There’s nothing in this world that you can’t achieve if you work hard on it. I believe in the motto of being good, getting better, and working to be the best version of oneself. From my personal experience, I have come to the conclusion that there are no failures in life, just learning opportunities and mindset is what makes the difference in our successes.” Rafael Betts explained.
Today, Rafael inspires people through his thought-provoking posts on social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook and his weekly podcast. He has gained a unique life experience through sports and having over 27 years of corporate operational experience. As a professional, he understands that success and failures are the two sides of the same coin.
When a person enjoys success, they will have to endure rough patches too, in their personal life, professional career, and relationships. The idea is to take all life challenges as opportunities head-on and overcome them one by one.
Every person goes through some troubles and problems in their lives. Some people are enduring health problems, some people are disappointed due to their relationship issues and many others are simply not happy because they are not getting what they wanted in their lives.
“Positive mindset is the key here. I have met so many people in my life and realized that no one is perfect. Everyone of us has some inherent flaw, which we need to work on. All of us are unique and have a very specific fingerprint, there’s no one-size-fits-all remedy. We all do share something in common though, we are all seeking to prioritize our own happiness. Too many times we forget we have to be happy, we are pretty useless to others when we aren’t happy.” Rafael Betts explained.
Happiness and success are not bought on Amazon, in fact it doesn;t cost any money at all. You just have to dedicate ample time to it. The first step towards happiness starts with an honest and transparent approach. Be honest and prioritize your life goals in descending order. You can even further divide your priorities into two parts: short-term goals and long-term goals.
Having a brother who committed suicide due to PTSD, mental health is something very close to my heart. Over the last few months, the cases of mental health diseases are rising at a rapid pace. The coronavirus pandemic has made life extremely challenging for everyone. We have limited outlets to stimulate our brains, humans are a social species and need human interaction. Many people have lost their lives, careers, families and in many cases hope due to the pandemic.
“We need to fight back! Those who experienced the worst of the coronavirus won’t get back to normalcy soon. But they have to fight back. The virus severely impacted their lives. Now, it’s time to bounce back. I opened my business just before the pandemic hit. I am so grateful that despite all odds, I’ve been able to show the right direction to the public at large who sought my guidance to overcome their challenges,” Rafael Betts said.
We often hear actions speak louder than words, and Rafael Betts lives by it. He is not only a popular social media influencer-celebrity but also a mindset coach who helps people achieve their greatest potential even when they don’t believe they can.
