Meet Veronica Rodriguez: The Top Sales Performer For One Of Miami’s Hottest Luxury Home Builders

Currently serving as a business developer for CH Construction Group in Miami, Florida, Veronica Rodriguez is passionate about using her experience in the construction industry to help build the dream homes of their clients. CH Construction Group is a high-end construction company that specializes in custom and boutique home builds in the heart of Miami.

Rodriguez studied interior design in college and quickly entered the construction world with her dad. He was a mechanical contractor who/’s company helped to build out the mechanical systems for the new Miami Airport. She worked hard and learned the business, but she wanted to do more. “I wanted to focus more on construction – specifically high-end construction, so I left and joined another company.” Although she was still young, she quickly established herself as a valuable asset to the company. In the beginning of 2020, she started working with CH Construction. The company was a premier company, but she wanted to take them to the next level – so she started marketing. ”I would visit realtors, designers and architects with donuts and send messages to anyone I could find on Instagram.” Her tactics worked. In just a few short years, she has helped CH Construction to grow its annual revenue.

While her success has been nothing short of amazing, she did acknowledge that there were some obstacles to overcome. “It’s hard being a woman in the construction industry, even in sales.” After receiving looks and subtle remarks, she quickly realized that her experience and knowledge would not be enough. She had to develop tough skin to do her job. While many would use this as an excuse to back out or to not perform, she simply viewed it as something to overcome. “I tried not to focus on it too much. I am good at my job and still committed to giving my clients the best home they can get.”

Rodriguez certainly has set a high bar for herself, but she has no plans of slowing down. When we asked her what was next, she had her eyes set on continuing to expand. “I want to keep working with CH and help them expand globally.” Currently, they are based in Miami and she has helped them to expand into the northern part of Florida. She would like to be involved in helping the spread into other states and countries as well. As if that was not enough, she also would like to build something to help others to do what she does as well. “I’d love to teach others how to be successful in this industry. I love construction, interior design, and helping people to build their dream home.”

She noted that while she loves what she does, it has not been an easy road but it is worth it to chase your dreams. She believes that anyone looking to be successful has to know, “it won’t be easy, it won’t be pretty, but the possibilities are limitless when you put your heart and hard work into something.
