Nate Calima appointed VP of Sales for Formor International

At first glance, Formor International looks like any other direct selling company. Products are distributed through their facility in the United States and with a looming global recession, people are looking for ways to add an additional stream of income.

Nate Calima claims there is a difference between “traditional multi-level marketing plans” and Formor International. Upon further review that seems to be the case. They have more in common with affiliate programs and e-commerce sites  because their compensation plan pays exceptionally high with almost no requirements based on their own material. This is rare as multi-level marketing companies typically put in difficult barriers while Formor wants to remove those barriers. Combined with daily pay, this hybrid of direct selling and  e-commerce looks to be a winning combination if Calima can break through the noise.

Looking through his social media profiles, there is a heavy emphasis on personal development. Surprisingly, Calima also has a significant footprint in entertainment and fashion and is known for hosting and sponsoring large events.

Formor International has a long, solid history and bringing  on the energy of a young, up-and-coming, social media savvy leader is exactly what Formor needs to create a breakthrough.

Calima has hinted that there are new products coming as well. It looks as if he plans to integrate these new products into the entertainment industry as so many social media influencers have done. This may create enough buzz to attract a new  generation of affiliates. History has shown that companies that do not modernize, rebrand, and bring in fresh energy  will not create momentum.

Formor International is a company to watch and time will tell if Nate Calima can grow this established brand.
