Working to support himself at an early age
Many children are not required to support themselves financially, but for Diamond, he had to work to send himself to school and cover his living expenses. He would wake early in the mornings at about 3:00 am to go to his job at a bakery. This allowed him to make the adequate funds needed to purchase school books.
Diamond’s Love for Reading and Learning
Reading is important. It can teach many lessons and expose people to the broader globe. For Diamond, reading was everything. “Reading was my whole life as I learned an abundant amount of information to understand how to make money and how to obtain financial freedom,” shared Diamond.
Diamond was inspired by books like ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad,’ ‘The Richest Man in Babylon,’ ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’ and many more.

At the age of 15, he started to seek out ways to express himself through creative outlets. He would focus on how DJ’s had the power to influence the dance floor with their judgment.
Diamond explains, “This has led me to a career in the entertainment industry, as I leave each performance with not only a musical experience, but an interactive, exciting and exhilarating memory.”
He is all about success and chasing his dreams
Diamond had quite an experience in his early years of working and caring for himself as a teen. Despite all the challenges, he achieved many things. He signed a two-million-dollar property in his first 16 days working at the firm.
Attaining academic success despite facing hardships

Still, he continued to work hard and managed to excel in school. For example, he got a 92.7 ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Ranking) in VCE.
“I came from the dirt and have had a lot of setbacks in life. I was able to build my brand ‘SIMON DIAMOND’ in a matter of 18 months. I am who I am today because of hard work and self-belief,” expressed Diamond.
